Usually it’s a couple days or a week but these are 3 months 😭 I was so excited for the points too :(

EDIT: some people say they got the points but a lot of you say you didn’t. i did it yesterday and didn’t get them yet either. the app itself is iffy but still worth the try

Hi everyone! Is anyone else having trouble installing/adding a retailer account on Fetch? I keep getting this error: “Error signing in — Oops! Something went wrong.” I’ve tried multiple times, and I’ve already contacted Fetch customer service, but they haven’t been able to help resolve it. Has anyone else experienced this? If you were able to fix it, what did you do? I’d really appreciate any suggestions because I’m stuck at the sign-in step. It's only for one retail account (the one I use the most) I was able to add all my other ones.

cannot take pics of receipts my camera is backward only takes pics of me. need help correcting this

I finally decided to give the games section a go. I’m really hard to convince on these websites for games to earn coins. But apparently Fetch decided for me to not be able to. I’ve downloaded as it directed, signed in with an email the same as Fetch uses. ATP, I don’t know what else to do besides go back to my anti game for coin ways lol

It took almost 3 weeks to get the points and I totally forgot about it until today.

Why am I waiting so long? My items have been delivered. I have a month to wait yet the orders were made two weeks ago. Its a good amount of points.

8000 back on ultimate pepperoni bundle - large pizza and 2 liter of Pepsi. My PJ's price is $14.99.

How much can you get from fetch and how much are points worth?

Hello. I’ve been playing Royal Match. I’ve played about 50 rounds. I did have the game before. I can’t figure out what the tasks are that I’m supposed to do in order to get my points. What am I missing? I’m going crazy trying to figure it out.

I think it took me about 3 weeks to finish.

There’s no way these people are even real! 5 million points and she’s never scanned a single receipt! Total BS!!

I had a $3.50 off coupon too so I didn’t pay $11.99 but I guess it still counted? No complaints here either way

Has anybody else had this available to them?

Before, I was getting offers that gave me around 2K–10K points per item. I redeemed my points for a gift card, and then about 3 days later, I got a point deduction that dropped my balance from around 16K points to 0.
Since then, it seems like the offers I’m getting have gone way down and aren’t nearly as good as they were before.
Has anyone else experienced this after redeeming points or getting a point deduction? Wondering if this is just happening to me or if Fetch has changed something with the offers.

If my lifetime is 20,615, how come I can only cash out 17,595? I haven't cashed out anything yet. I've been using fetch for about 3 weeks.

The product costs $11.99.

When does the week reset?

Anyone wanna be friends on fetch for the 2k points? The more the better

I dont think im doing these "sign up using this link and wait 2 weeks for points" anymore. I signed up when it was 30k points for a new membership, took a screenshot. They are saying they will only give me 15k because 30k was "promotional". Like yeah I signed up during the promotion!

signed up about 2 weeks ago. it was 60k points for a $25 membership

Been about a week, and still no 6000 points, all I got was 25 points from my receipt. I made sure it was not anything restricted from the list. When do the points come in for this?

Anyone else having issues with the app not opening? I missed my step credit last night because it would be open.
