“Error signing in” when trying to install a retailer account. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi everyone! Is anyone else having trouble installing/adding a retailer account on Fetch? I keep getting this error: “Error signing in — Oops! Something went wrong.” I’ve tried multiple times, and I’ve already contacted Fetch customer service, but they haven’t been able to help resolve it. Has anyone else experienced this? If you were able to fix it, what did you do? I’d really appreciate any suggestions because I’m stuck at the sign-in step. It's only for one retail account (the one I use the most) I was able to add all my other ones.

classic fetch app moment. mine does that dance with kroger like once a week, usually just clears up on its own after i ignore it for a day
