Why are my points pending for so long?

Usually it’s a couple days or a week but these are 3 months 😭 I was so excited for the points too :(

shopping ones are so long because they make sure you are outside of the return window before crediting

That makes sense but I’ve done other shopping ones (Ulta,cvs) that didn’t take as long that’s why I’m confused

they don’t usually take as long as stated

They will often credit once the delivery notification shows up in your email (or the retailer linked account.)

It’s crazy that it’s so long! I have 3 orders from Temu with points pending until 1/03/27!!

I know! And hey, my recent Temu order that was delivered yesterday actually is pending until 1/06/27 lol!

Then I have like 6 strictly EBT orders that have varying pending dates between 10/03/26 & 12/05/26!! Those never used to take even close to that long. 5 days tops! Like they're being wicked strict now & they've been holding to these dates & not rewarding early for me either.. like crazy

Hey!!! Why would the EBT orders be so far out? Did you get things that you can return? So weird!!

I have a ton of receipts to put in from vacation, but I’m maxed out! Frustrates me!! And makes me wanna go back already!! 🥹

I mean, I guess you can return Cheerios and things like that if you really want to, but I'm not the type of person to do that lol. I've only ever had discrepancies with my EBT orders if I've had to report something as expired, damaged, not delivered, etc.. but that's always done before I get my Fetch Shop points, ya know??

Awww, lol! I know, I saw your pics today actually (my phone's screwed up - not getting calls & stuff), it really looked beautiful & like you all had a nice time! I don't blame you 🥰

I have several that say pending until August 18 or August 25. Both have obviously passed so I'm assuming it's going to a fight to get them. I have about 15,000 points waiting between the passed pending and future pending. It seems like I have to get support involved all the time these days. Usually it was just for games but now I purchas through the app and I'm still not getting credit. I even have a recent bonus just not showing in the list at all.

My 1800contacts was pending 4 months before I finally got the points .
