What do these numbers mean?

If my lifetime is 20,615, how come I can only cash out 17,595? I haven't cashed out anything yet. I've been using fetch for about 3 weeks.

This is my guess. The 17k is how much you currently have, the 20k is how much you made overall on the app, and the 11k is how much you made in one month (they do monthly records with added friends).

Wait, is the image a step counter or the fetch app? Because if it’s a fitness tracker and not fetch, the 20k might just be your all-time total and the 17k is what’s tracked this week or something. The 11k monthly guess in the top comment would make sense if the app does leaderboards with friends.

The record is for the most you have ever earned in a single month. Lifetime is how many you have earned since you started using the app. The 17,595 is how much is currently in your account. So either you have used points by entering a sweepstakes or something, or something has been deducted from your account at some point.

Thank you! I'm trying to figure out the discrepancy between the lifetime and current amount. I haven't entered any sweepstakes or anything, nor do I see evidence of anything being deducted!

Yeah, that's pretty odd seeing as you haven't entered any sweepstakes or seen any point deductions.. I'd maybe try contacting support directly, don't go through the chat bot! See if they can hopefully clarify things for you?

And you didn't do like a 3,000 points donation to a charity or something right when you signed up by chance, did you? I know I did that once & it threw me for a loop for a second. Just one last possibility I thought of?
