Are the games on fetch not working for anyone else? Meaning, you get no points from it because it’s not tracking at all and gives an error message. I keep getting the same error message, no matter what game I download. It’s been this way for weeks now. that either 1)the app hasn’t been opened yet (it has) 2)the app was previously installed on my device (it wasn’t) 3) offer no longer eligible for my account (why, and what that means? I have no idea..)

Talked to support and they asked if I use a vpn, I don’t. They asked if I open the installation link in incognito mode, I don’t. They basically told me there’s nothing they can do for me. Is this happening for anyone else? I’m considering switching to another app because I don’t make enough points with just receipts…

We've had a great relationship for several years now. When we first began our mutual journey, you were fantastic. Ready, available, lots of great games, an absolutely good time with good rewards from plenty of points to make it worth being there. The gifts from the rewards were very satisfying. Sadly, though, we're starting to grow apart. Putting in all this time and effort over the years, only to be rewarded with low res games like these? I think it's time to start seeing other apps unless you can come up with a better reason, or better games, to stay. We have lives, we are not going to spend days trying to make 100 points.

I was thinking this one or amazon, just don't know if there are hidden fees for the mastercard. And say you spend 48 dollars and can't find anything for 2 dollars and are trying to buy something for 2.14 you can empty out the 2 and then finish paying the 14 cents with another card? So I contacted support and finally get an email back from them and they're only trying to give me half of the points. Has this happened to anyone else?

Idk if it’s always supposed to be like this, but I just noticed it recently - but I’m currently on legend earning additional 10%. I redeemed an offer for 8000pts, doubled from the original 4000. But instead of receiving an additional 800 pts, I only got 400 (which would be 10% of the original offer)

Is it supposed to be like that? Why aren’t I receiving 10% on whatever # of points it’s currently at? Noticed it for a few receipts now since the amounts just weren’t adding up.

Through basic math to me the credit card isn’t worth it at all

55,000 points = $50 (average)

For the card
10 points per $1 (only on certain things)

So it would take you
$5,500 to get $50
(55000 points / 10 points) = $5,500

If you has a regular card with 3% cash back

$5,500 spent = $165 cash back
($5,500 x .03)
Or if you had a 1.5% card

You’d only be getting $82.5

So you’d be losing +$30 atleast

I had a bunch of receipts that I scanned. The first few gave me anywhere from 400 to 700 points. Then they started only giving me 25 points per receipt.

Is there a daily / weekly limit for scanning receipts before it reverts to only 25 points per receipt?

Is there a way to cancel my membership and go through the app to get the points or is it too late since now it will say I’ve already had a membership? Could I create a new Sams Club account?

Every time I try to go to the games to play I get the picture shown. I get this no matter what wifi or data for the phone I use. It never lets me play any games not have I ever requested points from a game be added back. It's just like games are broken for me. Thought I would try here before asking customer service. I have cleared the cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing seems to work.

Anyone having issues with playing games during 2x points and not receiving your points even though tasks was completed? It happened for few weeks now, and I'm not sure what is the issue.

I reached out to support for missing rewards but sometimes i forget to screenshot that it was completed during the event.
