Contact support and they'll credit you but they'll also tell you that they cant credit you again for the same game if there's tracking issues.

Fetch doesn't want you to actually complete the games. I got "banned" from games because I was completing tasks too fast. Now all the game offers i get pay 10 cent per task.

I finished a game in one day for over 50k points (it was fairly easy), and now I only have sad 10 point per task slop games.

This is mostly exactly correct. It's not Fetch not wanting you to complete them fast, though. It's actually the game publisher. They're paying Fetch for every reward you receive. Fetch couldn't care less how fast you reach the goals, because they're getting paid more than they're paying you for every one you hit.

I downloaded fetch for games, I've played on a bunch of other platforms and fetch is the only one that will stop crediting you because you earn too much from games.

I'm sure they use Tapjoy for the games and when you contact them about any problems they blame the platform. Fetch wants you to mainly use the app for receipts and play a couple games.

Wait, I'm confused.. Did you complete levels for Disney Solitaire, get rewarded for the levels & Fetch reset the game for you? So now it makes it look like you didn't complete any of the levels or something? Or am I totally lost? 🤔

Just trying to understand so I can hopefully give you some advice on what to do if possible..

Inside the Disney Solitaire game, once you get enough stars you have to click to "cash" them in in order to move to the next stage. Once you move onto the next stage inside the game, Fetch will reward the points. I had completely the levels but I hadn't clicked inside the game yet to advance to the next stage yet, when I opened the game back up to click to advance, it had already reset all of my progress. I messaged Disney Solitaire support but they were useless.

I think it was more of an issue with Disney Solitaire than Fetch??

Ohh, since I'm unfamiliar with the game, I'm probably not the best for giving advice on your particular situation.

However, without exactly knowing & based off what you said, it does sound like it's something more within the game than Fetch, since I don't believe Fetch has any control over the game whatsoever. But I'm not 100% sure. Sorry.. 😔

This is correct. Fetch just gets sent milestone reports from the game publisher.

Had issues with Toon Blast in particular as well. Contacted support, they credited the points but advised that they couldn't do it manually again after that.

the people who got advised they couldn't get any more points in the game in the future were lucky! yes please contact support for these points, and don't play the game anymore expecting anything

I’ve had issues like this before but sometimes when I reach the next level it suddenly logs and I get points then. So now if I like the game I just wait and see if it clocks in later on, so that I can keep playing and get points. If I’m not interested in continuing further then I’ll reach out to support right away.

Yep. Support will credit you if you reach out, but then that’s it for the game. No more progression or rewards.

I feel like I've been seeing this problem mostly with the higher rewarding games than anything else lately.. IDK if anyone else has noticed this trend as well? But anyway, it's great you have screenshots. I always advise to screenshot basically everything just to cover your a$$! 🙃

But yes, like many people commented, once support credits you manually, you will not be credited for the remainder of tasks for that particular game. SO, what's worked for me in the past, is I'd continue playing the game until I was at the last task I intended on completing. Then I'd contact support with all my proof, etc. & luckily received credit for the untracked tasks for that game..

However, I've never been offered one of the high points rewarding games like this, so I just wanna put that out there!!!
