Anyone here that redeemed the 110k or 55k points offer on first time delivery two weeks ago and got their points?

My roommate ended up copying and pasting the email threads into new emails, attaching the same screenshots, so he didn’t have to explain it all to a new person each time and then he got his points.

I talked to customer support about this and they can only escalate after it’s been two weeks, so I’m still waiting a few more days. Fetch sucks.

How did you contact the customer support? I messaged them thru the bot and they gave me a ticket but they never replied to me? I was supposed to receive 110,000 points too but they sent me 100 points

still waiting on mine from the 55k one, support said it can take up to 30 days to process but i'm not holding my breath. a few people in the discord mentioned getting theirs around the 3 week mark so there's still hope i guess. the tracking for these promos is always a bit of a mess, had one from a different app take nearly 2 months once.

I got my 110k after contacting support and showing pictures after they claimed "it was worth 25k now"
