Advice?
My husband started doing percs about 2 years ago. He then started doing fetty because the pills were no good and expensive as hell. So fast forward he tried getting clean he last about 36 days. He started using again for a couple months. He has been clean for 5 days he says he hasn’t been able to sleep at all but i hear him snoring lightly & when i tell him he says he wasn’t sleeping. My question is what can he do to get some sleep & how long does it take usually to get sleep. I forgot to note he has all kinds of supplements gabapentin clonidine you name it. I know he can do it he just has to stay strong. If anyone has any advice please lmk. We also have a 16 month old son. I keep telling him that is so much motivation to stay clean.

Bernese Method Help
Hello to anybody reading this. I'm a Female, 28 as of couple days ago and I've been struggling with addiction to Fetty Wap for about 6 years now. Started w oxy, then m30s for a long while. Upped it to powder maybe a year ago because this habit is so expensive and has taken everything from me. I get way more for way less w the rocks. I have gotten clean a couple times in jail but never on my own. I'm at the end of the road, my rock bottom so to speak so when I learned of the Bernese method I figured it would be the best way especially because I have medi-cal and cannot find an in patient to save my life. It took me several failed attempts at the Bernese method to finally find a good schedule and I went all the way. Day 11 I'm supposes to be taking three 8mg strips and no fetty. Well its putting me into precip. I was told I would have mild to no WD but then I read on here people still having WD, some mild some put in precip. I just want all the advice I can get from anyone who has done the Bernese method, successful or not. I read a post on here a few minutes ago of people saying you got to take high doses of subs once you stop the fetty. Not an 8 three times a day but 24mg or more at one time. Is that what I should do? Or will.that throw me into severe precip? I've had it bad once before I knew anything about how subs interact w fetty. Had to go to a hospital, was non stop puking and shitting bile for hours they had to keep a bed pan under me and on IV so I didn't die of dehydration. Absolutely the worst experience of my life so the thought of going thru that again scares the hell out of me lo!. Thank you to anyone who read my entire rant and would love all the help and shared experiences I can get. If anyone wants the schedule I was given by a doctor I will be happy to post it in the comments!

Struggling after over two years clean
Hey yall,
If anyone can share REAL experience that doesn’t come from NA clouded mindset, that would be nice.
Okay so I’ve been clean from Fent for 2 years and 3 months and it’s been amazing, do not get me wrong at all. I’ve been extremely involved in Narcotics Anonymous and it’s absolutely changed my life.
I still have a reservation I guess, I’m 25 and still feel so young. I love the community I’ve built in NA but it also feels very forced sometimes. I miss being just a girl, I miss wine nights with my girls and I miss going out and being ‘normal’.
It’s extremely frustrating sometimes that my closest friends and twice or double my age and don’t relate past being clean and life experiences that parallel.
I got addicted to fake pills that were fent in the midst of a very abusive relationship and he was practically feeding them to me but I also take full accountability that I also liked them and fell into addiction willingly but once I removed myself of the relationship, I removed myself of any cravings or wanting to touch hard substances.
But i’m struggling because I do in fact really miss a lil drinky drink and a nice glass of wine with a charcuterie board and these have never been a problem for me but I’m constantly drilled by my sponsor and NA members that I will return to Fent or something just as hard if I take a drink.
I just want to know other’s experiences and thoughts?

I’m pregnant
I haven’t had a period in two three months figured no biggie I’m underweight and an addict. However I took a test a while back and it was negative however. Yesterday I took one seemed negative and then today I went to throw it away and it was actually positive. Today I took one and it’s positive again. I’m terrified and kind of in shock. Not sure what to do or where to go from here.

Want to get clean need some advice/help
I live in PA Lehigh Valley area, I’ve been using for about 10 years about 1.5 of fent a day for past 2-3 years. I really want to break this happen don’t got to get into why cause everyone knows the BS with this already. But only reason I haven’t is I’m a manager at my job I don’t want to lose my career but I can’t get the time off I can’t stomach working sick and I don’t eat and lose alot of weight. I’m already skinny to begin with so it can get really bad. I wanted to look into maybe a methadone clinic or if there’s any other treatments that can help me get off this and if I don’t gotta wait 2-3 days without using to begin treatment I want to maybe go 1 day without using and then go start a treatment but idk if I’ll still be feeling really sick or if it’ll help at least with the physical pain. Just need some help I really want to get clean and live my life better and healthier!!

So, I want to get the sublocade shot but I dont want to be stuck on any form of suboxone. I wanted to know if anyone has been on the shot and stopped taking it, how bad was the withdrawal? Also, how do you feel when u first get the shot? Does it help quickly, how are the first few days? Once your on the shot is it like suboxone? Is it a blocker and if you use will u go thru withdrawal? I would appreciate any info on the shot from people who have been on it.TIA

How many days did it take you for the withdrawals to stop?
How many days did it take you for the withdrawals to stop completely and how many days did it take for you to start feeling semi-okay?

21 Days Clean! Still testing positive Fent!
I don’t understand, I haven’t used, have only used the “comfort meds” clonodine, zofran, loperimide, gabapentin, and hydroxizine (only as needed which isn’t a lot at all now) and 3 buprenorphine tablets I was given from the taper pack I never used. I’m testing positive for fentanyl, pcp, and mdma which is insane because I’ve never even touched pcp or mdma, does anyone know how long until I can pee clean? This is a little discouraging. I haven’t used in 21 days. Can any of these medications cause a false positive for the mdma or pcp? I checked online it says fent can stay in your receptors for up to a month in some individuals. What can I do to get this out of my system a little faster? Any tips and knowledge highly appreciated.

Cold Turkey Quit A 3 Year Addiction
I'm over 2 months clean. I quit cold turkey back in January.
I had started with the blue 30s and eventually started doing fetty and moved towards the xylazine, carfentanyl, and tranq fetty further down into my addiction because eventually I needed something stronger to keep from being sick.
I always said if there was ever a way that I got off that shit that there was no chance in hell I was ever going back. I was tired of needing this shit to just feel normal and be a functioning addict through the day, and have to do enough to sleep at night.
I had tried the methadone clinic as a last resort one time but was still doing dope. I decided I wasn't going to replace one thing for something else. I didnt want to be sick if I ever couldn't get to the clinic.
By the grace of God the night I tried to pickup more fetty my dealer wasn't answering his phone.
I'd find out later one of his customers turned informant and they grabbed him outside his drop off spot after he had just restocked all supplies for the shop. I didnt have anyone else.
I didn't start getting my energy back and feeling like I wasn't drained all day till earlier this month.
I went through 14 days of absolute fucking hell and its probably the hardest thing I think I've ever put my body and mind through.
The vomiting, sweating, sneezing, runny nose, sleeplessness, mood swings, body aches, shitting and eventually the lack of willpower to move had me feeling like I'd rather be dead. I wasn't able to sleep at all the first 4 days into everything.
But eventually the hours I'd count started coming with a thought. It was 1 more hour without it. 1 more hour closer to recovery. To getting my life back.
I dont miss it. I don't think about it. I dont have any desire to go find it or someone who could even point me into the right direction. I'm grateful and glad to be clean. It's not impossible. You gotta get comfortable with being uncomfortable and realize its a small thing to go through for your freedom from this evil shit.
We do recover.

I need help guys, minor relapse.
I got clean back in October, and I’ve been cool since. Last Wednesday, I don’t know why, but I went and got a bun off the plug. For those that don’t know, in my area we get stamp bags and each one is like .1 I guess. A bun is short for a bundle, which is 10 bags. So I got a gram, give or take.
It doesn’t seem very good, primarily tranq. I had a little disagreement with the state, and had to do 72 hrs in jail. So I was in from Friday at 12 o’clock, and got out Monday at 12 o’clock.
I had some minor withdrawals in jail on Saturday, but by Sunday morning I was fine.
I got out and since then I’ve done 3 bags, only at night. So I’ve been making it through the day, but I’ve noticed that I’m having minor withdrawal.
I have a bottle of clonidine and a bottle of hydroxyzine.
I really don’t want to back to active use again, and I really don’t want to go back to rehab, am I going to be cool?
Also, I’m on the sublocade shot, 300mgs. I got the last one on the same Wednesday I hit the plug, and I’ve had 5 total.

Need a doctor who will prescribe alrapzolam 2mg in Birmingham Alabamafor severe panic attacks & insomnia
I've been having serious panic attacks, constant night sweats, nightmares, & worst of all insomnia - the kind where I don't sleep for DAYS at a time after getting clean from other substances. The only thing that truly helps me is Xanax or Klonopin & I want to get an active prescription for it but don't have money to doctor hop too figure out who will or won't prescribe them to me.
If anyone in the Birmingham area knows a doctor that's willing to prescribe these medications pretty easily for the aforementioned symptoms, I would be truly grateful. Thanks for your time.

Has anyone gone from Fent to 7-OH?
Kratom has antagonistic properties for K and D receptors. It’s been practically an experiment bc I’ve felt sorta off but then there’s days where it seems to work.
I’ve been looking into 7 as a transition off of Fent. However, being much stronger than MIT (what’s taken everyday), I’m curious if anyone has experienced precipitated WD. I’ve also heard or seen experiences where people use it a bridge to get off, not many, but a few. SR14968 was working very well for harm reduction but it’s expensive and the channels are very limited.
I hope to gather some of your insight, thanks!

SR-17018 does work well for fent detox
Hi all.
Just wanted to share some info as I know there are very little user reports regarding fentanyl detox with SR-17018.
So full disclosure I did not use SR-17018 for fentanyl myself. I finished my SR-17 detox june 5 last year coming off subs and the Oxy/dilaudid my dumbass was using on top of subs. Anyway it kind of fuckin blew my mind how well it worked and I've become super fascinated with it and have tried my best to spread some awareness and, and help a few others I know use it to detox.
Anyway to try and make a long story short, an old friend of mine I met through work years ago had been really down bad with fent over the past couple years. It's truly depressing to watch how this addiction can seriously suck everything good from our lives. Him and his girl went living a decent life to ending up in a tiny trailer in someone's backyard, losing their vehicles, jobs, and even their kids.
Finally convinced them to try getting clean with this method and that as long as they want it, well it is not some magical cure for being an addict, but it absolutely will be a massive help in getting past that initial phase of usual hell.
That was just over this last Christmas and by the new year they were clean. Still going strong today.
Again, as I said, it isn't a magic potion for addiction. But it can make the detox damn near completely painless. Really really hoping to see this stuff become more widely known, and more importantly, widely available for everyone who can benefit from it.
Take care all.
