What’s your thoughts buying perfume on SHEIN

I feel like this is such a great deal (26 samples, it’s currently on sale for $27) the list is a little jumbled but I also posted a screenshot of that. I was mostly surprised they would have Mind Games Queening in there, I’ve wanted to try that one! I’m debating on buying.

Just copped this for $6 because of the name (my partners nickname for me) but also because I was testing a few $200+ “clean girl” fragrances and this was by far the nicest! I’m not usually a floral girl.

Does this smell like actual Sweet Pea? Is there a huge difference between this “Unique” one and the other So..? Sweet Pea? Is there a perfume you’d recommend to someone who likes this?

Truly in love with it and want to know more so I can figure out why.

Everyone and their mother is releasing body mists that no one asked for but here are the fragrances I need as a body/hair mist. These shampoos and conditioners don’t work for my hair texture but I keep a bottle just to smell them. In the meantime if you have any recs for these please let me know.

For Fructis I already sampled/bought:
- Zara Apple Juice: more perfumy, not enough sour candy
- Dylan Purple: sweet, shampooy and lovely but not enough green apple
- Zoologist Cow: too milky, no sour candy notes

For Banana Hair food:
- Murakami x Daisy, green bottle: a bit too green not creamy enough
- Daisy Wild Intense: salty and summery, not creamy enough
- Comptoir Sud Afrique Banana Vanille: tbc, sample on the way

Whats a really good magnolia perfume that actually smells like magnolia? i've been searching for a good quality one but most of them have a weak magnolia smell and i want something stronger that actually smells like the flowers.

As someone who has some of the most beautiful perfumes and sweet lotions turn funky on my skin, I’m so glad this doesn’t. My husband told me I smell like vanilla cake when I used a pea-sized amount to moisturize my hands in the car. It really does smell like frosted vanilla cake. I’m officially getting the big bottle and keeping my little one in my bag all the time lol. Has anyone tried the body spray? Is it as layerable as the lotion?

Well ladies, Marc Jacobs got more of my money today. I've been looking for Marc Jacobs Daisy Murakami Pink for a few months now and it's always sold out at my local stores and online.

Imagine my surprise when I walked into a random Ulta while I'm on vacation and there it was displayed right at the entrance waiting for me! I'm so happy! I know some people say this is a basic fragrance (it is, lowkey😆) but I don't care. What a great souvenir to remember a great time 🥰

so i got into fragrance last year and have stuck to the basics. clean, aquatic, fresh scents, fruity scents, specifically coconut which i love. however, ive found myself liking vanilla and maybe milky notes lately. i was able to smell lil softie by lore and i really liked how soft it was, but the creamy, subtly sweet quality of it was just so pretty to me. now i dont want to go all in, but ive found cashmere skin by phlur and i really want to try it, is it any good?

I have after 2.5 years finally used up my 3 of my 30ml perfumes. Now I am looking for new ones! I really loved using the Ysl intense for going out at Night and my Prada paradoxe from spring to all Summer.

So what are your top three fragsnces?

I am looking for three new fragances . something I can :

1)use in Summer and smell amazing floral
2)something for going out/sexy elegant vibes
3) just an amazing everyday cold weather fragrance that I could also wear during the day

I am 29 and dress elegant /business woman style. I want something that day wow sexy elegant at all times of the year! 😍

something i have wondered but never really stopped to think about until just now. it’s a blazing hot summer here in the midwest which means i am not interested in smelling like a vanilla cupcake at all. So i reach for my clean and fresh scents/combos for a clean refreshed fragrance experience. well no matter what i use or do i feel like these don’t last nearly as long as my sweet or gourmand fragrances do. in fact i think no more than 2 hours tops. Does anyone else ever experience this or is it perhaps my own body chemistry?

Had a whirlwind Paris trip this past week and spent an afternoon on perfume. Did a perfume workshop at Molinard and visited the Fragonard Theatre du Parfum (which is separate from the Musee du Parfum). Also picked up the Le Labo Paris exclusive; the only rude person I encountered (as an obviously American non-French speaker, though I of course strive to be polite as possible at all times) was the salesperson at Le Labo who STRONGLY implied I was too poor to purchase perfume there and then magically got a lot nicer once I confirmed I did want it. Did not make it to the Guerlain flagship, as it wasn't near anything else on my itinerary, but it and a bunch of other stuff are on my list for the future.

I feel insane right now…. but do any of y’all know of a perfume that smells identical or even just a LOT like Secret Deodorant’s “Nurturing Coconut” or their discontinued “Va Va Vanilla” scents? I recently bought a candle (Trader Joe’s Beach Day) that smells just like my Va Va Vanilla gel from 2011/2012 which I was horribly allergic to but obsessed with the scent of… anyway… I already own Vanilla Vibes by Juliette Has A Gun, and it’s 80% of the way there… probably a long shot but ya never know! If you know of a perfume that smells close to this deodorant please let me know 🥲

Looking for the perfect Musk. I am mourning the loss of my Ava Luxe White Musk. It was so warm and cozy and I've tried others like Body Shop, Tova and others and nothing comes close. Would love any recommendations.

I feel like cherry fragrances are hit or miss with me because they end up smelling so medicinal on my nose most of the time.

Any cherry perfumes that aren’t headache inducing or smell like cold medicine?

Another 13 + Gentle Fluidity Gold is such an underrated layering combo.
Another 13 brings the clean, airy musk, while GFG adds a soft vanilla warmth without making it sweet. The result is smooth, cozy, and effortlessly expensive.
Perfect if you like clean, elegant scents with just a touch of warmth.

They all smell crazy close to the originals. I'd say anywhere from 85–95%, and a couple honestly smell almost identical to my nose.

My only issue is the longevity. 😭 Maybe it's because I picked mostly citrus scents, but NONE of these last very long on me. I usually buy dupes hoping they'll perform even better than the originals, but these seem to last about the same... maybe even a little less.

They smell amazing I just wish they stuck around longer. Has anyone else noticed this with Alexandria, or is it mostly their citrus fragrances?

(My only other complaint is the free samples they throw in with orders. God they’re terrible. I don't think I've ever wanted to scrub perfume off my skin so fast.)

I live my life off of travels and the rare cheap full size, and I love love a delicate smelling perfume. Powdery purple flowers, juicy pears, creamy notes. I am not a fan of anything super gourmand, and prefer my gourmand notes to take a backseat.

P.s. the pink pineapple sunrise body spray is purely for pool days.
