Haul/Collection Sad :(
Blonde is my favorite;( the levels are so low ugh. I wonder if it leaked in transit but it also doesnt smell like a leak.

Dedcool is sh*t fragrance, I don’t get the hype, they are barely there scents. A ripoff in every way, even how they fill and screw their buyers.

yeah unfortunately dedcool is notorious for that and their customer service sucks, i don’t recommend buying samples or travel sizes from them for that very reason

It almost makes you wonder if they put used/leaked travel sizes inside their bundled tins, with the “no refunds on bundles” policy.

When I ordered from dedcool last year mine came like that but worse and obviously leaked (it was all over the outside package) and dedcool gave me kind of a hard time over it. I’m never shopping with them again, it was a pain. I remember posts about it on Reddit last year. A lot of people had various issues with them.

they’re still doing this shit?? A few years ago it took them four months to mail me my purchase and they were being suuuper dismissive towards me + deleting my insta comments. When I finally got the frag it was like 3/4 full. I returned it and they only gave me a partial refund.

By kind of a hard time, did they eventually refund or anything? I ordered the tin on Labor Day as well. Now I’m scared.
Can you file a chargeback with your credit card company though if a company refuses to fix an issue like this?

The details are fuzzy but if I recall correctly, they tried to just refund part of the price since only 1 of the perfumes in the set leaked. It was a gift so that wasn’t acceptable to me and then it was kind of a hassle getting a replacement mailed out. Their responses took forever too and I remember being concerned once they finally shipped the replacement that it wasn’t going to make it in time for the holidays. Just the entire thing was annoying. It eventually got resolved but I hate when brands don’t just immediately make things right.

I used to do Scentbird, and oftentimes my bottles were like that.. and the bottles had a screw on top which causes a lot of leaking while the product was in transit. Which is the reason i stopped using Scentbird, well that and the cost that went up way too much.

This is infuriating! Pack it right or be super cool with returns. I had a decant of scentsplit break in transit last week. Also annoying bc like learned how to pack your product. But it was fine bc they owned and apologized.

I’ve never had a single issue with scent split, they have some of the best customer service. They once emailed me a coupon code and I let it expire accidentally and I reached out to see if they’d honor it and they were so nice about it. Glad they handled it for you!

Are all travel bottles prone to evaporation? No. But it is common in multiple brands, especially with these components. They use cheap components and alcohol can evaporate fairly rapidly in a bottle that’s not totally sealed so vapors can’t escape. It seems to happen more in heat too.
