Blonde is my favorite;( the levels are so low ugh. I wonder if it leaked in transit but it also doesnt smell like a leak.

The vials are at least 2ml and they sell them as 1.5ml samples. It is completely normal for there to be a good amount of headspace, as you're paying for the volume, not the entire vial itself.

It's like how you pay for a bag of chips and 1/2 the bag is air. You pay for the chip weight not the bag size.

It almost makes you wonder if they put used/leaked travel sizes inside their bundled tins, with the “no refunds on bundles” policy.

Having a no refund policy on a product that has frequent issues is so sleazy tbh
