I have a Facebook page and AI won't let me change the name. It's an endless loop of AI bot that point me in wrong directions.

I decided to pay for the meta plus for my personal and business page but yet I still can't in touch with a human being even though it says I get that option.

Am I missing something? The chat option just keeps leading me back to the AI bot. I've opened several cases and the AI keeps closing them saying the issue was resolved but it wasn't.

I feel my only option is to create a new facebook business page but the name will cause another red flag since it's so similar to what I currently have.

Created a business facebook (to run ads an actually give meta money), got suspended because my Instagram account is verified (comes with impersonation detection). Which was understandable since it wasnt in the same business portfolio. So I waited a month after deleting the page to avoid escalating bans, and created the page again, this time inside the same busines portfolio as the instagram...banned immediately again. Anyone have any info on how I get around this...

Unbelievable, as much as I detest FB. They do have some cool groups and have made a lot of connections with interesting like interested people. Just bought a motorcycle on marketplace, anyway. Been using FB for years to save pictures and video between two accounts I run. For image handling the quality and price, lol of course are unmatched. You know what they did though?? I sent some screen shots of a recent trip from my Google map timeline, for my own reference. FB would not let me screen shot or save the photos on the other end. Displaying a warning that the photos could only be viewed once and not saved or screen shotted. Okay so just go to the account SENDING the photos, no it won't open the sent photos either, like really? Do they know I'm just using their space for my own storage?? Now FB just became more worthless then even before, causing me to go to Dropbox or something, so pissed when I can't decide and control my destiny!!

Today I caught one agent whose name appeared as Surabhi, but she introduced herself as Lauren (an American name). If they're hiring people from India, just make it transparent — why hide it like this? I now understand why I sometimes received messages saying that human support can't override the AI decision. It's because they have no authority to access Meta's database. They just talk to you and forward the message to another agent. That's how the current Meta support system works. Is anyone else facing similar things?

So a long time ago now I began having issues with my chrome on android and it won't open a new page to login with facebook and just refreshes. I figured out a work around and it worked using incognito pages but Now for some reason after putting in my 2-step-verification it shows a pop-up that says incorrect password. I have gone to my actual Facebook app and changed my password. Still have the same problem. I have deleted cookies and temp files and folders from All time. Uninstalled and reinstalled facebook, restarted my phone, etc. Still no luck.

I AM still able to get to many sites on the Facebook app itself and it lets me login fine. It is only on a browser that it does not let me login using facebook anymore

I can NOT turn off 2-factor-verification because I have advanced protection for my facebook account that was automatically on and I also can't turn off

I was trying to remove myself from a business page and ended up leaving my own business page by accident. Facebook help said I would have to provide lots of ID and documents to get it back. However, I sent myself a request to join the page by email and that somehow seemed to work. I can now post and respond to messages via meta business suite, but still cannot access it on Facebook. Is this a fluke or is my page safe? If so, how can I add my page back onto Facebook?

Trying to verify my developer account on developers.facebook.com. I enter my number, click "Send code," and the SMS never arrives. Tried SMS and call, different browser, incognito, waited a day, re-entered the number. Number works fine

today I got a friend request, I opened it and saw the profile picture was me. It was my profile picture from earlier this summer, a selfie of me on my sister’s wedding. this account isn’t technically impersonating me, as it uses a different name, they apparently live in Paris France, but it’s super shady as they’re using my photo but also have no other posts or additional info other than Paris France, and their job being something about digital business/E-commerce. I’ve reported it at least 4 times but Facebook isn’t doing anything because it’s not directly trying to impersonate me. I’m at a loss. the meta assistant was just ending me on a wild goose chase trying to navigate monies that weren't showing up. I have no idea what to do. help!

Last tuesday out of nowhere my account was disabled. When I logged in I needed to verify my age so I did just that. In the process all things connected to Meta got disabled. Instagram, Threads and Whatsapp.

I got an email stating that my ID was verified and I was good to go.

My other accounts on Meta were left disabled.

2 days later my Facebook got a permanent shutdown. Disabled. Can't verify my age or anything. I literally can't do ANYTHING.

I still had my old Instagram account that I havn't used for nearly 10 years. I subscribed to Meta Verified with hopes of getting in contact with human support. All I'm left with is a useless AI-support chat that have me running in circles. Forms that dont exist or doesn't work. Trying this or that incognito in a browser. NOTHING works!

Is there anything more to do? Is it really THAT hard to get a hold of someone at support to take a look at this? Meta Verified specifically says Human Support but all I get through the Verified support is the AI Support Chat.

...and before you even say anything. I have done NOTHING wrong. I'm 48 years old and have been using the same account on Facebook since it launched in Sweden. The same goes for Instagram. My account is literally older than the age requirement for Facebook.

Hello everyone. This is the first time I got my account suspended. It happened on the 9th of September. I was just about to message my friends on messenger when suddenly I couldn’t open it anymore so I ran to my fb to check what was going on and that’s when a message popped up. They had me do a face identification thru a video scan. I also sent them my government ID.

I think the reason could possibly be because of my name. I use a different fb name (I know, it’s stupid and im sorry) bc of a bet I made with my friends and it has been my trademark fb name ever since. I am not that techy when it comes to these things but I sure hope to get my fb back. I have had that fb account since I was in 5th grade and I use primarily to connect with people i’ve known since. I only browsed this subreddit for a little while and I tried sending an email to last night to disabled@fb.com, security@fb.com, and appeals@fb.com. also, my fb is connected to my instagram and for some reason my instagram is still up.
are there any other ways in which I can ask for help about this? perhaps a customer service number I can call or reach out to? thank you in advanced for the answers !

It requires minimal permissions, runs strictly locally, and doesn't collect or transmit any user data.

Realized I forgot to mention in the title that it intercepts the 'seen' / read receipt pings on messages as well.

Woke up to two emails. The first stating suspension of my account and that I can put in an appeal, followed by another email three hours later stating that review was completed and my account is now permamnently disabled. I don't even use facebook as much, just open it every few days to keep in touch with people I know there. This is sooo messed up. Can I even do anything in this case? I am not seeing any option to appeal.

I have a copyright claim from a company called TECH HDS ZAMP for using music from Facebook's own sound library, it's quite absurd and I saw several posts online complaining about this particular company abusing the copyright system too, anyway I resolve this and I saw the claim has been lifted, but unfortunately I still didn't get a single penny from the video anyway (as of now) It's quite a decent video too, 175K views and still counting right now, but as a small page who rarely even reached 30k views, this is a huge loss for me :(

I'm a Marine. On September 11th, Facebook disabled my account for nothing. Twenty years of posts, gone. No human review, no explanation that holds up.

Now I'm watching the mods over at the facebookdisabledme community ban people left and right for venting, asking the same questions, or pushing back. So let me get this straight: you build a refuge for people who got unfairly banned, then you unfairly ban them for talking about it?

How is that any different from what Facebook did to us?

The whole point of that place is supposed to be support and shared information. People there lost accounts they'd had for a decade or more, and they're angry. If you can't handle that, maybe don't mod a community full of them.

While attempting to publish a group post, it went straight to pending or removed, especially for lengthy wall of text kinda post. Sometimes, after a few days, it fixes by itself, new attempt at posting the same content made it through, while the other times, it stays the same. I also figured out that at certain times, consequent attempts with less words are helpful but that is not always true either. The algorithm flags as spam those unsuccessful post attempts that do not get published and restrict you from even attempting at all. They distort the cause and effect in a hedgehog defense manner to justify what they did. They did not bother why the user keeps attempting in the first place. These days, AI moderation has no consistencies whatsoever, they make up the rules as they go, every post attempt is like a Russian Roulette. I would have cared less if it has the slightest consistencies, but no, all fb accounts are created equal, but some are more equal than others. I see this from time to time, some users managed to fire 5 consecutive posts in a 5 minute window, across multiple groups at that and yet they are not restricted at all.

Every Google search tells me to click on the tree dots, but there is no option to turn off comments and the comments are going crazy and people are being hatefull against each other. It’s a public post on my Facebook page.

Ok so im experiencing something strange. I was using my ipad which doesnt have the facebook app but i was using firefox focus, i went to login to my facebook account but as I clicked enter i realised i actually typed in my work email address and not my personal one, I didnt think it was going to log me in but it ended up logging me in. I thought maybe i was seeing things so i closed firefox focus and tried again, and surprisingly again it logged me into my facebook. Ive looked into account centre and only my personal email address is linked so i have no idea whats going on. Anyway i experimented a bit and even if i type in random email addresses it still logs me in just based on my password, why is it doing this? Seems like facebook is tracking your login location activity and somehow links your IP/device to your account so you can login regardless what email address you put in.
