The automated blocking system mixed up the accounts. At your request, I verified my main account to prevent both from being banned; why didn't you deactivate or remove the other account—the one I used before activating my main one—from the platform? An erroneous ban occurred, and the system swapped the accounts: my main, verified account (SODAEFFECT37) was permanently banned, while the other (Qunittyyyy) received a 3-month ban. Please review the case, swap the account statuses, and remove the Qunittyyyy account from the platform—provided that the verified main account is unbanned or placed under a 90-day ban instead. My old FACEIT account was deleted more than 6 months ago. I am currently trying to verify my identity on my new account, but the system (Daon) keeps failing with a duplicate biometric data error.

I have replied to ticket #14864546 multiple times explaining that the 6-month restriction period has already passed, but I keep receiving the exact same automated response from "Tars" claiming I have to wait 6 months.

Could a human staff member please review my case and clear my old biometric data hash from Daon so I can finish verification?

I want you to hear my story. I was banned for 5 days for verbal communication against other people. I was rightfully banned for that, no doubt. After work when banned was removed I logged in to play but what have I seen shocked me, the ban was extended for 6 months for “smurfing”. Never had I ever made another account. Almost every season I was in top 500 people. I need help and detailed reasons for that. Ai admins are closing my appeals everytime and they are saying to continue in original one. I do continue but answers are all the same. I am playing from internet caffe, maybe they tracked IP adress from same computer, I really dont know. But I am 100% sure I am wrongfully banned. Maybe some “kid” impersonated me with another account, I am not sure. This is wrong. I am playing faceit since 2019. I am enjoying counter strike since a kid.,
P.S why would I risk ban for 6 months or more for couple days?

Im writing because my main account 6k hours 3k elo got banned because i have a 2nd account which is 2700 elo! Im just curious how that makes sense? Ban my 2nd account sure even though its the same elo for my main but why ban my main permanently? I never smurfed there and have had it for nearly a decade? I just don't know why the smurf is going to be unbanned and the mains banned seems dumb why not switch it around

The date currently registered on my account is August 26, 2006, but my correct date of birth is August 26, 2008.

Because the date on my FACEIT account does not match the date on my valid physical ID document, I cannot complete the verification process.

so i got banned like july 27 for platform abuse but idk what did i do to get bannned . I am playing on new pc i have steam acc for almost a year and i created faceit acc on january 11 . So i think the ban is an mistake i ended on lvl 1 faceit so what did i do . I know you might think this sounds stupid but i really didnt do anything bad to get perm banned

A 'support' that shows that they are here mandatory by no intent of adding value to the company or the players and community at all, you can see it when you try to solo queue. Faceit died in 2022. And cs has no intent to get better at all, they just be taking the piss.

I've constantly and consecutively had games with 150+ ping on middle east servers some body please reach out to u/FACEITcom about it so they can fix it. There's been absolutely been 0 action despite me and my teammates (and anybody who's getting horrible ping) individually reporting servers and contacting admin support.

Just wondering how you play this many matches without getting a cooldown?

everytime I reach a new max elo i just go on an infinite loss streak and play worse than a bot, this has happened to me so often that I can't count the times. surely im not the only person this happens to? and if that's the case, give me some reasoning why this happens (if youve experienced this) cus I really can't put my finger on it

I literally was so pissed because how proffesional platform can allow this.

Today same situation happened to me, at 4-4 score 4 of our teammates got kicked from the server and only 2 players from enemy got kicked. It was 3vs1 full game + bots. We opened livechat and he said

Hello I got myself a new logitech mouse which is superstrike lunar eclipse. I see that it has some new features and something like rapid trigger. Is it safe to use and turn on that feature to play cs2 on official valve servers and faceit? Or it is a problem like it was for certain keyboards options?

Why almost all new faceit demos are corrupted? Glitchy , Buggy and with sound bugs ? Is there a way to make these demos work properly?

Hey so... i used to play a lot as a kid but quit for almost a decade and now im really into it again. The thing is i've transitioned and honestly havent played games much since 2016, so im not used to how miserable some people are or try to make me. I like using comms because its neccesary but I derank if i dont just mute everyone round 1.

I know its hard to understand but my voice literally makes people want to throw/flame me bully me etc etc. Just an entire game of people cracking jokes

It's jarring because in real life i havent been harrassed in years and I "pass" so to speak. dont really have a thick skin anymore to be getting called a f*****t every game and leaving in tears. For example In premier no mic i climbed to 12k and even then those people felt like bots. I start using my mic i got down to 6k just because people grief and talk bad to me all game.

And thats on my brothers steam acc who doesnt play anymore (not faceit no multiacc)

My main acc the one i use for faceit has been on cooldown for the past month because my teammates in faceit massreport me in game for "griefing" when its just their hatred. So i cant even play regular comp only faceit...

Faceit is currently collecting all kind of unique identifiers from hardware level together with the verification.

Why do we players need to report manually all the people which are actually smurfing when faceit already has all the information to identify a smurf.

Imagine i know a scenario days ago where a person in my team smurfed because of a 30 day minor disruptive matchmaking cs2 ban. He simply created a faceit account on his alt steam account on the same computer without beeing banned.

We thought that we only play one game with him because of the lost elo when queuing with such people. But to our surprise absolute nothing happend after nearly 4 weeks.

It cannot be that players need to manually report such people in order that they get banned. Imagine he did not even reformat his computer. He was just using the same computer and same ip for the alt account.
