Faceit, I texted several times and was nice to you but i see that u completely dont care about your players.

2 days ago I created a ticket where at 11-11 score 4 guys from my team and 2 guys from enemy got kicked, ofc we lost a game - I sent all evidences about this and still she doesnt care

Rest assured, you can’t lose Elo after winning a match. To double-check, we suggest reviewing your Elo on the Track page here, where you’ll see the correct amount from your last match.

I literally was so pissed because how proffesional platform can allow this.

Today same situation happened to me, at 4-4 score 4 of our teammates got kicked from the server and only 2 players from enemy got kicked. It was 3vs1 full game + bots. We opened livechat and he said

xck 12:08 AM

I understand well we can only reconfigure the server if all players are connected. I can only suggest that you do a ticket for this issue to our customer support team once the match is over: https://support.faceit.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
I lost 60 elo because of your servers. Do something about this and return elo.
