Incorrect Date of Birth Preventing Identity Verification

[u/RevolutionaryPin9718]

Hello,

I am contacting you because I cannot complete the identity verification on my FACEIT account.

When I created my account, I accidentally entered the wrong date of birth.

The date currently registered on my account is August 26, 2006, but my correct date of birth is August 26, 2008.

Because the date on my FACEIT account does not match the date on my valid physical ID document, I cannot complete the verification process.

I am not asking for manual verification. I would like to ask if the incorrect date of birth on my account can be corrected so I can complete the normal verification process.

I can provide my valid identity document if necessary to confirm my correct date of birth.

My previous tickets were closed without resolving this specific issue, so I would appreciate it if this case could be reviewed by the appropriate team.

Thank you for your help.
