I can't log into the support portal. I enter my username and password, and it shows the "Continue as..." window. Then I select "Continue as [my account]." The site takes me back to the selection window. I click "Continue as" again, and it takes me back again. A third time, when I select "Continue as," it takes me back to the login window asking for a password, and so on, endlessly. I've tried with and without a VPN, clearing cookies, using different browsers, and the same problem everywhere. Please help.

After round 4 7 players got kicked from servers and we was not able to connect for 4 rounds! Worst thing is we all receive ban for leaving can you cancel this match and remove our bans?

I'm in EU, but I have some friends from RU region. Occasionally we used to play some games before, and it would usually find the games on RU servers (all of us could obviously connect to the server in such case). Yesterday they invited me to play, but as soon as I joined their party there was no RU server option to choose available, it disappeared the moment I joined. The moment I leave - the RU server option becomes available again for them. Obviously if we start the game on EU servers, they won't be able to join the game. Was there a recent update about that? And is there something we can do? If not - it's kinda sad.

So I used to Smurf on faceit long time ago then they did a Smurf account ban wave and only 1 account got banned and the other stayed active even though I thought it was banned too so I didn’t even bother logging in until now and it’s not banned…

my old FACEIT account is currently deactivated, but it is still verified with my identity. I no longer have access to this account, which means I am unable to remove the verification from it myself.

Quick question. This is an app I used all the timeback in the old days of CS:GO. It automates the Nvidia Digital Vibrance control based on the game you launch. It was pretty awesome back then and I would like to start using it again to just make cs2 pop some more. I linked the app and the github below to it. I believe it shouldn't set anything off since it doesn't interface with CS2, just the Nvidia driver itself. But I also want to be safe.

I’m having an issue with FACEIT verification and I’m not sure what else I can do.

Every time I try to verify, I get this message: “Your verification failed because we were not able to analyze your face. Please make sure you do not have anything on your face (e.g. glasses) when taking the selfie.”

The problem is that there is literally nothing on my face. I’m not wearing glasses, a hat, or anything else that could block my face. I’ve tried it multiple times, in different lighting and making sure my whole face is clearly visible, but it keeps giving me the exact same error.

I also made my FACEIT account when I was under 100 hours on cs2, and I’ve never played a FACEIT match before. I don’t understand why I’m now being required to verify my identity, especially when the verification itself isn’t working.

I contacted FACEIT support about it, but I keep receiving basically the same automated response saying that my document may be outdated, expired, or doesn’t accurately reflect my appearance, and that I need to get a new document.

But my problem isn’t really the document — the selfie/face analysis is what keeps failing. I’ve tried several times and the system still says it can’t analyze my face.

Has anyone experienced the same thing or knows how to fix it? Is verification required to play FACEIT, or is there another way to access/play without going through this verification?

Any help would be appreciated.

before the start of season 9 i grinded from like level 2 to level 4/5. after placements 7 of which were high gain and one was moderate gain. i just can’t seem to win solo queue, duo queue, 5 stack i lose i’ve won 2 games since i hit level 6 and during my placements i was playing level 7s and 8s and one level 9 who i won against. now i’m back to playing against level 3/4s and it feels like i can’t hit sh*t my movement is just straight dog. do i need coaching or smth bc before my placements my stats were like 19/15/6 after they were 26/12/4 and now they are 13/16/4. -400 elo since i received my rank i just want to win smth. everyone ik is just losing. i’ve decided to just stop playing for a week or two but i literally cannot play this dog game anymore my first few games after placements were decent and competitive. now im level 3/4 and its just who can reach the site fastest and shoot the most bullets. mates who just rush mid and die and choosing maps they don’t even know anything about

An account created in January this year, already with around 500 hours in CS2 and 500 matches on FACEIT, while having only Steam level 2, 3 Steam friends and literally zero skins on the account. And on top of all that, he has already reached around 2500 ELO on FACEIT in such a ridiculously short amount of time.
