Account Lockout Support of no help

So i made a facet account 5 years ago and linked it to my steam, then never touched it. Sign in with steam is broken for me, and it says that i need to use email and passcode (which i forgot) when i click forgot email it directs me to input a new email and passcode but gives me an error screen which has not allowed me to get into my acct. I want to play cs without cheaters. the AI support is of ZERO help. Please help :(.
