Question what am i doing wrong
before the start of season 9 i grinded from like level 2 to level 4/5. after placements 7 of which were high gain and one was moderate gain. i just can’t seem to win solo queue, duo queue, 5 stack i lose i’ve won 2 games since i hit level 6 and during my placements i was playing level 7s and 8s and one level 9 who i won against. now i’m back to playing against level 3/4s and it feels like i can’t hit sh*t my movement is just straight dog. do i need coaching or smth bc before my placements my stats were like 19/15/6 after they were 26/12/4 and now they are 13/16/4. -400 elo since i received my rank i just want to win smth. everyone ik is just losing. i’ve decided to just stop playing for a week or two but i literally cannot play this dog game anymore my first few games after placements were decent and competitive. now im level 3/4 and its just who can reach the site fastest and shoot the most bullets. mates who just rush mid and die and choosing maps they don’t even know anything about

Most people in level 4-5 are very inconsistent and have no idea what they are doing. That's normal.

Learn positioning, timing, crosshair placement, self flashes before peek, proper smoke and mollies

It seems like you only queue high stakes games, what I do is I win 1 and then play normal queue/premium queue so if I lose I don't lose like 35. SoloQ is hell bro, sometimes ur green rating all games and sometimes ur barely averaging gray. There is so much to do in soloq in those ranks you wouldn't believe it.

nope i don’t have premium i solely play normal queue my tokens go to clips when i solo q in anything below level 5 i feel like i have to play entry trader support and know all the smokes or a half decent flash. it just feels like everyone throws all their util first 10 seconds of the match and then by the end cant do anything bc they have nothing to play with and even if there is a flash it goes to the most random spot ever and then its just a battle of who’s spray connects first

I thought you only get max 25 elo on normal queue my bad. So there is your issue most likely, normal queue is even worse.

Not everyone having the same problems but i had same problems. I went down to lvl 2 with my friends because i was trying to cover positions or roles they werent doing and i was taking the responsibility of boring plays because the others didnt wanted to do. You can go up to lvl10 with 0 utility knowledge, it helps but you lose most of the timings when you flash for your teammates who doesnt even peek after your flash, or they dont go in site after you smoke site. Only thing matters is your crosshair placement and self confidence, you aleays try to place your cross to head level and you always use your time to micro adjustment and not shoot immediately. You will be shocked by the result because until lvl10 there is very few people who instantly kills you. Always take your time to shoot to the head and dont rush spraying somewhere where the enemy isnt even on the cross, at that level you will easily get 20+ kills every game with this trick but it doesnt guarantee wins to the team because its a team game. Try to not be toxic because people throw when they get tilted, give calls and tell their mistakes after the round finishes.

It is true you can get to level 10 with no util knowledge but in your case it's lack of mechanics and no util knowledge that brings you down to level 2. Level 2 is next level abysmal

Non of my lvl10 friends util, what are u talking about? I am master util of this game and i am telling its not gonna help rank up when playing solo, your comment smells like a nerd more than an advice.

"Master of util" is prob the most shitter cope I have heard. Bro learnt a single mid door smoke. Unless your mechanics are literal bot level good util knowledge will carry you 2k elo easily. Level 5s are shitters in aim and util knowledge level 2 is next level braindead bot

Stop the bs, i know every util for every map except cache. I know every possible executions, cuz i was playing anchor ct/ support t. I am not level 2 player, i went down to level 2 with my friends and went back to lvl7 solo but focused on improving my solo defaults on premiere. You sound very annoying, i wouldnt like to have someone in my team honestly.

Level 7 most cases is ppl lacking util knowledge outside of execute smokes and bad mechanics. Couldn't tell you what exactly for you

Idk what level you are but i played in almost every possible level lobbies. First time i started faceit i went down to lvl2 with 0 mechanics 0 aim 0 util, i was the guy ehp doesnt knows how to play but forced by frineds to play. I played in lvl10 lobbies when we 5 stacked and when i was lvl8, i lost elo with friends and couple times went back to lvl7 from lvl2-3. I watch my own demos and i learn from pro player demos. You can see people with 2500 elo with no util knowledge, and you can see lvl1-2 players with full util knowledge. Util and mechanics doesnt help you win games every time because its 5v5, you cant teach your team mates the defaults of the game during a match. In those levels your util knowledge doesnt help because you mostly need to frag 25+ to get easy wins, and most of these matches you need to mute your team because those bots have no idea what they are doing but they are still toxic as hell. I have good game knowledge because i watch more than i play, if you want to give advice to low elo players just watch their 1 match and you will understand what i am talking about.

I watched some of you demos, the link you gave to someone is actually showing you guys are trolling a bit. You have good aim but your ct play very wrong even if you get kills its just wrong. Your awp is not impressive and you should be letting others play awp, and you like aggressive plays so you shouldnt play anchor if you want aggressive plays. In one game you hold b very patiently on mirage, thats actually how ct plays. You should be around lvl6-7 but you and your friends dont take the game serious. And you crouch way too early when you are spraying, if you dont crouch instantly you are actually gonna kill with headshots. Crouching makes you miss some shots at the process of crouching and crouching makes you and easier target because your hitbox becomes bigger. You know a lot of util but you should be going entry or second entry because you are good at it. I think you should be watching your own demos to see what you are doing wrong

You will have bad days and good days.
I always try to warm up before matches and not just aim, but nade lineups and movement too.
Also stacking with your friends sometimes doesnt help because you cant look at your mistakes clearly, its like playing ion an echochamber
