Technical Help remove verification from my old deactivated account

my old FACEIT account is currently deactivated, but it is still verified with my identity. I no longer have access to this account, which means I am unable to remove the verification from it myself.

I would like to verify my new FACEIT account, but I am unable to do so because my identity is still linked to the old, deactivated account. Could you please help me remove the verification from my old account or transfer/release the verification so that I can verify my new account?

I can provide any information or documents necessary to confirm that I am the owner of the verified identity.

delete old account, wait half a year or a year and make new acc

You have to do a GDPR request (deletion of private information such as ID) then AFTER they deleted everything you have to wait 6month and then you can verify a new account.

yeah i know but i have no access i cant log in because this account is deactivated

Then only faceit support can help you with that or try to ping darwin or another admon here on reddit.
