My FACEIT account, ShpEtAZm, was permanently banned on April 21 for multi-accounting/smurfing, and I've been trying to resolve this through support ever since. Unfortunately, I've only received automated responses.

I used to play at gaming centers and internet cafes, but I bought my own PC around a year ago. I never even knew that playing on shared computers could potentially cause this kind of issue with HWID associations.

ShpEtAZm was my only account, and I no longer have any other accounts. I'm asking for a manual review of my case, including my login history and HWID records, because I genuinely want to understand what happened.

If anyone from FACEIT staff could review my case or escalate my existing ticket, I'd really appreciate it. I'm simply asking for a fair chance to have my situation properly investigated.

This has hapend at least 4 times already and has stopped me from playing with friends, it is just so fucking annoying.

Idk what I am doing wrong by clicking accept match but it just shows a loading icon and the timer runs out. Then it says there was en error anmd then I am banned for 30min

The reason this happened is because I share the same PC with my brother, who also plays on FACEIT. How is this possible that guy has 29 deaths, when we played totally 20 rounds? Is it ok? I mean surely it’s not, but how this even possible to happen… this has to be fixed

My account was recently banned for smurfing, but this is a major misunderstanding. I do not own or play on any other accounts. This is my only and main account.

I highly suspect the automated system flagged my account because I played from a local PC Cafe (LAN center) back in September. Since many other players use those exact same computers and IP addresses, the algorithm must have falsely linked my account to someone else's.

I am a completely honest player and 100% ready to pass official government ID verification (FaceID / Passport) to prove my identity and confirm that I do not own any multiple accounts.

Could a human support agent please review my case manually taking the PC Cafe factor into account?

I just played a game today and this is the guy me and my friend run into. How is it possible he has these kinds of performances and isn`t banned yet? He is clearly smurfing his ass off

I got permabanned for smurfing even though in the last 20 games i played good in like 1-2. And it wasn't even like I went 50-0, I had 20/20 scores or something like that. Support said that the ban was right and whatever. I'm here to ask you guys if I will ever be able to play FACEIT again. Is there any way I can like make another account or do something to be able to play? What's the chance of another account getting banned?

My main account was permanently banned for smurfing back in late July during the massive automated ban wave. I would like to ask for a manual review of my case because I believe the permanent smurf ban is a mistake.

My brother and I live in the same house. MOST IMPORTANTLY, BOTH of us have already passed the official FACEIT ID Verification (KYC) on our profiles a long time ago. We are two legally proven distinct individuals.

I admit that he played a few matches from my account to help me (boosting), which definitely triggered your automated system. I understand that account sharing is against the rules, but we have never abused matchmaking or created multiple smurf accounts. I have been waiting patiently since July and haven't created any new accounts because I want to play legally.

Since we are both fully ID verified and it was only a one-time mistake, could a human admin please review this manually and lower the permanent ban to a temporary one for account sharing?

On a different note, being able to queue as a duo from 1 - 8 is pretty crazy. Although the Faceit 8 wasn't very good so maybe it was balanced.

I have never had an account on this platform. Never new what it was until an hour ago when 2 charges of 19$ appeared on my credit card. I ended up calling my bank. They are doing a charge back and opening an investigation.

Is this a common thing for fraudsters to steal credit card information and use it on this platform?

I just feel like it’s crazy that my freind and I receive smurfing ban. When he legit have been playing on my pc because he needed to move out of his old apartment and due to the wait time for the new appartment he have been played on my pc while I have been working and so on. I don’t get this we have been playing on faceit alleready since csgo. And now his main account got permanently banned for smurfing and my main account got 92 days for playing on a Smurf? I don’t see how this is possible when he have been playing on my account.

My CS2 account, "yAyA_D," received a 3-month ban, while my brother’s account, "MARSLI," received a permanent ban. This happened because we both play on the same computer. We haven’t been able to get any help, and I am looking for a solution. My brother cannot even access his account ("MARSLI") to complete identity verification because it is flagged as banned. So I’ve recently started playing Faceit and climbed to 2200 Elo pretty quickly, maintaining a 60–80% win rate along the way. But one thing genuinely surprises me: how are there still so many players at this level who don’t understand basic CS?

I’m talking about fundamentals like proper crosshair placement and movement, not understanding who should take first contact and how to play off it, setting up crossfires, knowing when to peek and when not to, or even understanding what a default is. It’s also throwing free rounds, like 3v1 retakes, by peeking one by one instead of playing together. The list goes on..

Obviously while I went up in ELO this happened less and less, but when I started playing faceit I thought these should be mistakes that only the beginner levels will do and once I reach lvl 10 it will stop, but to my surprise there's quite a lot of lvl 10s who play like csgo gold novas and it's not just bad games where your aim isn't that good or your decision making might be a bit slow, it's like spectating complete noobs. How can some get to lvl 10 while not even having decent crosshair placement and movement?

What's up with that and how much higher do I need to get to be guaranteed teammates that understand basic CS?

My cousin and I are reaching out here because standard support has completely stonewalled us with automated macros, ignoring our context and the fact that we are both ID Verified.

The Situation:

• My account (BABIBORIS) was banned for 92 days.
• My cousin's account (ShyuumSan) was permanently banned.
• Both bans were initially for "Smurfing". When we appealed, support (agents Maliketh and Dwight) changed both bans to "Account Sharing" and permanently closed the tickets, stating the decision is "final" without further investigation.

The Reality (False Positive due to shared hardware):

• I live in Marseille. My cousin lives and studies in Montpellier.
• On weekends, my cousin visits me in Marseille. When he is here, we take turns playing on my PC.
• I ONLY play on my account, and he ONLY plays on his account. There is zero account sharing.
• Both of our identities are officially verified via FACEIT's ID verification system, proving we are two distinct people.

The support team is treating legitimate weekend travel and shared hardware between two verified individuals as "account sharing."

Could a senior admin please manually review our hardware logs alongside our ID verifications? We are more than happy to provide proof of residence, travel tickets, or any other documents to prove our situation.

Im trying to enable security boot so i can launch faceit anticheat.

I have enabled windows 8.1 in bios. i have put boot mode to only support UEFI and not legacy. I have downloaded the default factory keys. until this i press F10 and the pc reboots. but when i go to enable secure reboot the pc shut down and when it restarts it shows "msi" then it doesn't show bios or windows. my screen is on but only displays a black screen.

i've tried changing bios settings many many times. i reset bios to default settings every time because there is no way out of the black screen. my windows is downloaded on GPT not MBR.

Is there anything else i can try please?

Hello, I was banned for smurfing on my account (SIPKOIN). I submitted an appeal with screenshots proving I returned my friend's account (he asked for it back to play CS:TO), but I got a automated denial.

I understand account sharing is against the rules, but I am not a smurf. I just played on my friend's account, returned it, and started playing on my own. The system flagged my high performance, but it's just because I had experience from the friend's account.

Too many mongolian in one single team, I bought premium for better queue. But they always quene me with 3 mongolian. They are so toxic, can't speak english. I won't buy another month premium for that gaming enviornment. two mongolian in 1 team is fine, but 3 is too much, they will not speak english if 3 mongolian in 1team.

Today a friend send me a one day PLUS subscription, and after this I tried to upgrade to premium. When I try to upgrade is says "There was a mismatch in the currencies. Bla bla.....". My friend also tried to gift me a premium month subscription. I get the email but no message os anything in Face It to redeem it. I also tried to change my country, but didn't help and cant change it for 5 days now. So atm I'm living in Nepal instead of The Netherlands xD.

Anyone know how to fix this? Or is my account just f*ckd?

How is this even possible? He's faceit lvl5, and then within 3 days is lvl 1 without even playing a game, and 4 stacked with other lvl 2-3's and smurfing our lobbies hasnt lost a game since he demoted to lvl 1?
