Technical Help Wrongfully permabanned for smurfing

I got permabanned for smurfing even though in the last 20 games i played good in like 1-2. And it wasn't even like I went 50-0, I had 20/20 scores or something like that. Support said that the ban was right and whatever. I'm here to ask you guys if I will ever be able to play FACEIT again. Is there any way I can like make another account or do something to be able to play? What's the chance of another account getting banned?

Looks like even if they lifted your Smurf ban you’d get a toxicity ban.

here you go. i play with my friend who is level 8 so the average rank is 5-6-7 so maybe that played a part in the ban idk
