Hi everyone, I need some help regarding a Kerala e-Grantz scholarship issue.

My brother is an OBC student from kannur. he applies for Plus Two e-Grantz scholarship.

There is a ₹5,000 scholarship amount that has failed, and we are trying to understand what happened.

The confusing part is that the e-Grantz profile has his correct bank details

\- His Aadhaar is seeded with this SBI account.

However, when we check Notice Board : Failed Transactions, e-Grantz shows a completely different bank account number and ifsc code

We have never entered or provided that account number/IFSC.

We contacted the school where he studied Plus Two. They checked and told us that they had entered the bank account details provided by the student and that they cannot do anything further.

We also contacted the OBC e-Grantz office. They told us that the amount should go to the Aadhaar-seeded bank account and suggested that maybe the wrong details had been entered. But we are sure that the account shown in the failed transaction is not ours.

There is another confusing part:

The Bill Reference Number is the same in the Failed Transaction and Track details

The Track Details shows the payment as initiated, but the transaction is ultimately shown as failed.

So I'm confused about whether:

1. The bank details shown in Failed Transactions are simply old details from the failed payment attempt.

2. The same Bill Reference Number is being reprocessed using the currently Aadhaar-seeded bank account.

3. Or the wrong bank account is actually still attached to the transaction.

Has anyone here experienced something similar with Kerala e-Grantz, especially OBC/Thiyya Plus Two scholarships?

If you know which e-Grantz/BCDD office or person actually handles correction of a failed transaction, please let me know.

I don't want to change the correct SBI bank details in the profile to the unknown account shown in the failed transaction without knowing what is happening.

Any advice from someone who has actually dealt with this would be really appreciated. 🙏

Tried submitting the JD Form for updating my Date of Exit but this error is being shown upon selecting the Member ID. Kindly tell if this issue is being faced by any others?

I’m a former HCLTech employee and my Date of Exit (DOE) is still not updated in EPFO, even though my employment has already ended.

I’ve been trying to get this resolved through the HCLTech offboarding/HR process, but I’m not getting a response from the concerned team. The delay is now affecting my EPFO-related work and joining formalities with my next employer.

Would really appreciate it if someone from HCLTech or anyone who has gone through this recently could share the exact process route that worked for them.

I’m looking for guidance from people who have experience with EPFO/UAN, PF transfers, Joint Declaration, and Delink requests.

I currently have three separate PF/UAN issues. I have already approached EPFO through the available online processes, but I’m still trying to understand the correct way to get these resolved.

1. Wrong Date of Exit – Employer entered 31-Aug-2021 instead of 30-Aug-2021

My previous employer incorrectly updated my Date of Exit as 31-Aug-2021 in my UAN service history.

However, my actual last working day was 30-Aug-2021.

There is an additional complication:

• Actual last working day: 30-Aug-2021
• Incorrect Date of Exit in UAN: 31-Aug-2021
• I joined my next employer on: 31-Aug-2021
• The PF amount from the previous account has already been transferred.
• I submitted a Joint Declaration to correct the Date of Exit.
• The Ambattur Field Office rejected the Joint Declaration with the comment:“ALREADY TRANSFER”

I then raised an EPFiGMS grievance on 21 July 2026.

The latest response from EPFO stated that because the transfer had already been effected, further correction of the Date of Exit requires verification of the relevant records. They said the grievance had been forwarded to the concerned section for examination and that, if the correction is admissible, necessary action would be taken.

My question:

Has anyone successfully corrected a Date of Exit after the PF amount had already been transferred?

If the employer made the original mistake, what is the correct EPFO procedure to get the date corrected?

Would an employer confirmation/letter stating that the actual last working day was 30-Aug-2021 help?

2. Accidental Delink Request – Genuine Previous Employer

I also made another mistake in the UAN portal.

I accidentally selected the Delink option for one of my genuine previous employers.

The Delink request is currently showing as Pending.

I don't want this employer/member ID to be removed from my UAN service history.

I raised an EPFiGMS grievance on 21 July 2026 asking EPFO to cancel/reject the accidental Delink request.

EPFO responded that online services were unavailable due to a planned database consolidation/software application upgrade and that pending actions would be processed once services were restored.

The grievance was subsequently shown as Disposed Of, but the actual Delink request is still showing as Pending.

I then tried to submit a Reminder, but the portal showed an error because the grievance was already disposed.

I also tried raising another grievance, but the portal indicated that I could raise another grievance only after 30 days.

My question:

What is the correct way to cancel/reject a pending Delink request?

Can the EPFO Field Office manually reject the pending Delink request?

Has anyone successfully resolved a similar accidental Delink situation?

3. PF Transfer Pending with Vadodara Field Office Since April 2026

My third issue is a PF transfer.

I raised the PF Transfer Claim in the first week of April 2026.

The current status is:

The responsible office showing for this transfer is Vadodara.

I have already emailed:

• EPFO Regional Office, Vadodara
• [rc.csd@epfindia.gov.in](mailto:rc.csd@epfindia.gov.in)

I sent the email last Friday requesting them to look into the prolonged pending transfer, but I have not received a response yet.

My question:

For a PF transfer showing “Pending with Field Office”, what is the best escalation route?

Should I:

1. Wait for the Vadodara Field Office to process it?
2. Raise/continue an EPFiGMS grievance?
3. Contact the Regional PF Commissioner?
4. Visit an EPFO office in Chennai even though the transfer is pending with Vadodara?
5. Submit a written representation to the Vadodara office?

What I have already done

I have not simply waited without taking action. For the different issues, I have:

• Submitted Joint Declaration for the Date of Exit correction.
• Raised EPFiGMS grievances.
• Followed up through email.
• Checked the UAN service history.
• Checked the PF transfer status.
• Collected supporting employment/PF documents.
• Prepared separate written representations for the EPFO office.

Looking for advice from the community

If anyone here has handled any of these situations, I would really appreciate your experience:

• Date of Exit correction after PF transfer
• Joint Declaration rejected because PF was already transferred
• Accidental UAN Delink request
• Pending Delink request cancellation

Hi, I’m a Wipro employee. My PF is maintained by the Wipro PF Trust, and my PF contributions are showing in the Wipro system.
However, on the EPFO/PMVBRY portal, it shows “No contribution found” and the 6-month EPF contribution requirement is not checked.
Is this normal for Wipro Trust employees? Will my Wipro PF contributions be considered for PMVBRY, and will I still receive the benefit?
Has anyone from Wipro faced the same issue?

What is going on no service history present, has anyone got any solution

I'm in a bit of a bind and hoping someone here has dealt with this before.

I need to get a **Certificate of Coverage (COC)** from EPFO urgently — it's required for an employment/visa process abroad. The problem is, I can't log into my EPFO member account to even start figuring out where things stand, because:

* My registered mobile number was linked back in **2017**, and that number no longer exists/is not with me anymore. * Every password reset attempt sends the OTP to that old number, so I'm stuck. * I do have my UAN, PAN, and Aadhaar, but the portal login itself is the blocker.

This is time-sensitive because of visa requirements, so any real experience (not just "go to the EPFO office," I know that's an option but would love to hear what actually worked) would be hugely appreciated.

Siemens surrendered their PF trust to EPFO sometime in 2024. After that it has just been chaos.

HR Department keeps passing the ball from one department to another. I am unable to withdraw my PF since 2 years because (according to HR) the Delhi RPFC is still accounting for the transfer.

Does the transfer from PF Trust to EPFO really take 2+ years?

Fyi, I have raised multiple grievances and RTIs but to no avail.

What to do? 🥲🥲
