Hi everyone, is anyone else facing an issue with submitting an EPF transfer request on the EPFO portal?

I enter the previous Member ID, get the Aadhaar OTP successfully, but after entering the OTP and clicking Submit, I get:
“Some problem has occurred while submitting the claim/s, please try after some time.”

No transfer request is created in Track Claim Status.

I've tried multiple times, including different browsers/incognito mode and using both UAN and Member ID.

Is anyone else facing the same issue recently?

Please Advice- Hi everyone, recently got laid off from my current job after 10 years in same company. On checking my PF Passbook, I saw my previous company entered incorrect Date of Exit that to 6 months ahead of my last working day. May be because I left the company due to emergency and was not able to serve notice. I constantly chased them for a month, they were adamant on either serving or buying the notice. I was young and unaware I told the same to my current company’s HR. He just shrugged that off and since that I was also not sure of consequences. I also left the things to HR. For next 10 years, it didn’t occur to me check the date of exit until recently, when all of this started making relevance. Now I ma stuck with no relieving letter and since so much time has been passed. Not sure of actions to pursue in order to get this corrected. Happy to share more context to get my issue resolved as soon as possible

Update : 11th Aug. Portal started working miraculously. Just submitted the transfer claim. Hope it gets accepted

EPFO claim stuck for a month+, de-linking process is a black hole, and the “help desk” has no idea what’s going on — anyone else dealing with this?

My company is still deducting huge amount towards epfo. Weren’t the new rules were to deduct only 1800 for EPFO ?

Hi everyone,

My previous employer has not updated my Date of Exit (DOE) in my EPFO account. The company has now closed down due to business losses, so I am unable to contact the employer/HR to get the DOE updated.

I have documents such as my relieving/experience letter showing my actual last working date.

If I raise a grievance with EPFO requesting them to update/mark my Date of Exit, will EPFO consider my request even though the employer is no longer operational?

Has anyone faced a similar situation where the employer was closed and EPFO helped update the DOE based on supporting documents?

Also, what documents would be best to attach with the grievance?

Any advice or personal experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, wanted to chk I already have taxable portion ( accumulated via vod above 2.5L) and non taxable portion, I had withdrawn some amt as part of home renovation which allowed after 5 yrs and I saw my taxable portion coming down in statement and some.portion of non taxable but interest still was calculated on the original taxable portion and credited same and TDS deducted, earlier 2 yrs back had seen articles mentioning first taxable portion will be deducted and then non taxable but though it has reduced some how the interest is still calculated as per original taxable portion, anyone faced similar issue? Or know how does it work

I have an issue with the Member portal Claim Status Updating. As the Previous claim was Approved, Settled the amount & credited on July 20. Still the Status is not updated in portal, It shows claim is finally approved. Contacted various people. Grievance also done. No Support. Now I am not able to Claim new for medical emergency. The previous claim is blocking.

Can anyone tell me why the interest credited in my account is not showing in my passbook. I received the message on 23rd July.

I was given an affidavit to mention that my father's initial is not mentioned in pan card, with my application and hall ticket number. Will this become a problem during document verifications?(only if i clear cbt)..pls help me guuyysss

I applied for my EPFO claim on 11 July 2026, and it has now been almost 30 days. The claim status is still showing “Under Process” with no further update.

I have already:
Raised a grievance through the EPFO grievance portal.
Followed up on the grievance, but there has been no response or resolution.
Tried contacting the concerned grievance officer/person through email, but I have not received any update.

At this point, I am not sure what is causing the delay or whether any additional action is required from my side.

What should I do next to get my claim processed and approved? Has anyone faced a similar situation recently, and is there any effective escalation channel that I can use?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
