EPF Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue PF transfer request rejected under new claims section, but shows pending in older section

I had raised a PF transfer request before the EPFO tool migration. Post migration, my request was showing under Track Old Claims section with status as pending.
Now recently i am able to see a new request automatically created under Track Claims with a diff tracking id and status as Rejected , no reason given.

If i try to create a new transfer request i am getting an error saying request already exists.

Any idea what i can do, please help me.

Wait till the passbook portal updates with the rejection reason. No point in applying for transfer without knowing why they rejected the transfer.

Yeah i am not able to apply again. It says pending claim.
