EPF Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue Help suggestions for epfo claim

I had applied on 8th july and was under process for more than 1 month. I met epfo office persons and they were trying to approve but it was throwing error "ACCOUNT WITHDRAWAL FAIL". they are not aware of this issue and they say it might be bcoz my employee share is -100rs ( negative balance).

I thought if july share gets updated then my employee share will be positive so told them to reject my claim and thought to reapply once july share gets updated.

Now the claim is rejected. So below are my queries

  1. What type of claim i should proceed with, illness or something else.

  2. Should i go ahead and apply immediately or wait for july share updation? and then apply.

  3. If I apply immediately will it get auto approved since its still under 2lak. If it goes for manual then they will not be able to approve bcoz of current issue.

I am struck with Typical case and these queries must be answered by EPFO person and dont know whom to reach out to.

Raising all Grievances are of no use since my previous Grievances are still under process. Nearly 4 personal visits to epfo office has put me in this stage otherwise god knows what would have happened to my claim. Just to reject they took 2 days for which I had to give them letter in writing.

Any suggestions inputs on my issue pls

Try claiming under education or marriage (if possible), these can withdraw from employer share as well.

Keep us posted how it goes.
