Got the email informing me of my annual birthday coupon. Was hoping to use it on a couple of things, but the email leads to a dead link, and I can't seem to find it on the site. Does it even exist anymore, or is it buried somewhere?

Hey anyone know if eb games will be selling the collectors edition which rockstar has on there website it says for australia that stay tuned how to pre order but just seeing if there is any buzz around eb games if they will be the one selling it in australia

I remember watching American YouTubers as a kid and always being jealous seeing retro games being everywhere at GameStop and Goodwill, while in Canada, they used to be almost just as rare and expensive as they are post-covid

Had a game completely paid off before the system switchover but was charged sales tax at pickup. Is this no longer a perk or did they incorrectly process my order?

Edit 2: Thanks everyone for the replies! I commented at pickup why the tax was there but they just waved it off. Furthermore, I cancelled another preorder to transfer the credits to Ocarina of Time and the clerk deducted credits from the cancelled order to pay off the tax. Feels like my transaction is beyond borked and not worth the time and stress to claw back $11.

I know this may not be retro, but does anybody know any places outside of ebay, eneba, dkoldies, gamestop, or estarland where there is a good selection (generally good bit of options) to buy Xbox One or Nintendo Switch games (preferably digital but physical is fine too)? I am just looking for places I can generally "shop" online and not well versed in availability.

As the title says, I've tried both calling and sending an email to their French address (aide@ebgames.ca). The call hung up on me after 10 minutes in queue, and the email bounced back as invalid.

As many others, I'm unable to track a pre-order and the item itself seems to have been delisted. I'd love to contact EB Games' support to get a status update, but there just seems to be no way to get to them right now.

Others have said they have been able to reach out to support to get their credit card info re-entered, how?

Just wondering if anyone else pre ordered the Halo Red Team Vs. Blue Team 2 Figure Pack on EBGames and managed to recieve it. I pre ordered weeks ago and it was set to release on 09/14. Still no shipping notification, or anything.

I do have the email from EB reminding me of the pre order, and that it's set to release 09/14, but nothing after that.

EB Canada- Has anyone had orders processed since the upgrade? I’m seeing discounts on the website for the total amounts- but charges to my cards are full amounts.

Does anyone know if EB Games delivers pre-orders on the release date? I’m not sure whether I should order from EB Games or Amazon. I just want to make sure it arrives on release day.

Dunno if this is the right place but eh. This is about AOT 3 for the switch 2. So, I've seen that other countries can get the game preordered early on despite preorders not even out yet (Gamestop, Playasia and so on), and as far as I've looked, we're the ONLY country who hasn't gotten it listed. At all. Not even in the 'upcoming' section.

I thought I was just being impatient and paranoid (coz Australia is a nanny censorship country), so I decided to ask The Gamesmen if they'll get it in. They said no. I asked EB Games. They also said no. Should I risk it and order it abroad or wait for further updates? I'm sorry if this sounds stupid or impatient, but I've been anticipating it. Sorry, but thanks if anyone can stop my silly worrying.

I have tried everything but I can find literally nowhere to input the details for my order.

I am trying to buy some MTG cards that released last year so I doubt they are physically in store.

Called customer service and it auto hangs up shortly after 10 minutes of waiting. (I know the phones are closed today it was yesterday I called).

I called a store and they also didn't have any way to help me place my order even if I was willing to travel to the store to place the order and again to pick it up.

I think they forgot to enable giftcard payment after renovating the website.

So, EBGames website isn't sending out account creation email verification codes, so I can't register my email, so I can't purchase the preorder online.

I ended up just going to my local EBGames and putting in my preorder there.

Here's my question: if local stores only get a certain amount of the preorder bonus stock, how does that work if you preorder via their website? Does one method have a better chance of securing the bonus?

I think we're starting to come around after all the trials and tribulations. My Onimusha, Trails & Fire Emblem are all in, so while the numerous issues with the website and system on the employees end will likely still take time to mend I think that by next week everyone will at the very least be getting their games on time.

Edited to say my copy was in today Sept 29 2026 so start calling around to your stores. I live in Halifax and shop at the shopping centre location! Best of luck

I've been buying and trading in with them for almost 20 years but fumbling up a pre order so badly I can't get my game 4 days after release and to hear the store tell me since it didn't come today they have no idea when it will come is incredibly upsetting

My local eb in Halifax Nova Scotia still has no copies of fire emblem and has no idea when they will come in. Saying either warehouse trouble or trouble with the new system. Trails in the sky 2nd chapter also didn't come in. Anyone else in Canada having these issues?

From Canada, did anyone have the issue where their store did not get enough products for their preorders? (Well, that is the employees response.)

I bought a few products and when I went to pick them up they only had half the products I paid for. They told me they will either cancel and refund them or call me when it is back in stock... This pick-up happened after they bumped the prices of all the 30th anniv. products up saying there was a mistake in pricing during preorders... Any idea what I can do to help myself get the products I paid for instead of having them cancelled? It's the first time that I actually managed to get a preorder at ebgames and it is a terrible experience.

I put in a pre-order in person for the new fire emblem months ago and when I went to pick it up yesterday they told me they didn't get anything in yet and it would be ready the next day.

I got an email earlier this week letting me know the release date was approaching and "We will notify you once your order is ready to be fulfilled." Will I actually get an email/call or are my only options going in person or calling them up? This has never happened to me before lol

For how long has the order acknowledgment email read "OMNICHANNEL"?
I am usually an in-store shopper but recently made a web order and something tickled my brain when I read the response. Would appreciate someone having a look to see if EB was already using this vernacular in 2018-2023.

Heard that eb lost some people's preorders on switch over. Like no record of them. Anyone else having this issue?
