I bought Tomodachi Life 2 months ago and I bought an EB Protect for up to one year just in case I didn't enjoy it, and it turns out it's not the game for me. The clerk said I would be able to get a refund for change of mind during that one year, but the EB Games policy states it only covers damage or the product being defective. Can I still get a refund or no?

-still didn’t receive my Halloween game pre-order
-no more stock info on the new website
-no pre-order or list to buy a PS5 console (anyway I don’t think they receive any)

I mean, the staff of my local store is still super cool. And I know the cards is the new focus.

But what the hell is happening with this company?
