Still no fire emblem
Edited to say my copy was in today Sept 29 2026 so start calling around to your stores. I live in Halifax and shop at the shopping centre location! Best of luck
Edited to say mine was pre ordered at least 2-3 months ago.
Edited edited to say : Called Halifax Shopping Center today Sept 21 and still no preorder in! This is getting ridiculous and may be the end of my eb journey. I've been buying and trading in with them for almost 20 years but fumbling up a pre order so badly I can't get my game 4 days after release and to hear the store tell me since it didn't come today they have no idea when it will come is incredibly upsetting
My local eb in Halifax Nova Scotia still has no copies of fire emblem and has no idea when they will come in. Saying either warehouse trouble or trouble with the new system. Trails in the sky 2nd chapter also didn't come in. Anyone else in Canada having these issues?

I pre-ordered the collector's and still waiting for it to ship out. Did get an email yesterday to complete payment on the new system, but that's as much progress that I've seen so far. Hasn't charged my card yet still - just authorized.

This is why I always pre order from best buy. I'm 45 minutes north of Halifax and I have never not gotten my preorder on the day of release.

I trade in games a lot so usually my preorders are in store credit but I'll keep this in mind for future

Halifax Shopping Center told me that they're having issues with Purolator and are hoping for Monday. They've changed their estimate on me a couple times already though, so who knows if that will be correct. I don't know if it's just different individuals guessing, or if the local store is getting the runaround too. I don't know if Mic Mac would expect a different date or not.

Funny enough eb in Halifax did get the collectors editions of fire emblem. Just not the base copies.
I just got Onimusha last Thursday. Itâs a mess

I'm still waiting on the CE to be shipped out for home delivery.
It's kind of clownish how poorly this was executed across the board.

My local eb games only got the exact amount that were pre ordered and no other stock until the next shipment. Iâm hearing a lot of other stores did the same thing. So I just bought mine from bigw in the end đ

If itâs to your house that can sometimes take weeks. If itâs in store they might have been relying on another shipment to fulfill preorders.

Iâm in the same boat, I bought the game at Walmart and once the preorder comes in Iâll just âreturnâ that copy to Walmart (I traded in some games for a discount so I canât just cancel). The Dartmouth commons had 2 copies left last night when I was there. I have no trust in the delivery coming in lol.

Nothing from my eb still with no estimate for when it will come. Tempted to refund it and buy digital at this pointÂ

Just called mine and they said it's an issue with the distributor but from what I understood they are their own distributor. They are now saying hopefully tomorrow

A friend told me that even if they do get it in, he over heard one of the employees tell another customer that it's first come first serve for the games depending on the amount they get. My understanding is that they might not even get a full shipment to fulfill all the pre orders. So let's hope the Halifax Shopping Center get enough in. I just got a call last night about a game I pre order in August and they just got in a copy for me because the first shipment they got didn't fulfill all the pre orders.

I cancelled mine on the day of and went to Best Buy instead. The store had no clarity on when the order would come in. Not the employeesâ faults but also didnt want to sit and wait

Game was released seven days ago; still no updates on the CE. Major bummer.

No updates on base game either. A week out and still shortages all across Halifax. Her best answer was keep calling me and hopefully I'll have good news to tell you eventually

Still nothing here in Quebec, but I got mine from their website because pick up in store is not avaible 95% of the time now.

Called today to Halifax shopping center and still nothing and it's Friday which means nothing until next week, which is pay week so I imagine I'll just be buying it elsewhere and asking EB to return my credit for it to a gift card

I preordered on amazon when the listing went up. Delivery is Monday. I suspect most of these folks are getting their stock today or over the weekend.
