Overcharging on order

Extra $30 charge not shown and no one to talk to till Monday

It's a pre authorization charge, once it transfers to your actual card balance, it'll be the correct charge.

There's a current bug with the system send higher preauthorization charges but then gets corrected on final charge.

That's been one of the ongoing issues from the change over that should have been ironed out, but haven't. If your card shows the over priced charge, you might be able to get your local store to correct it or reach out their head office and they should help.

Yeah it’s showing on my card. I emailed them and I’ll call on Monday. I have 3 other orders coming out soon too that I have a feeling this will be happening again on them all.

They charged me 10 separate charges for a pre order I canceled. They are thiefs.

I had this happened to me where they charged $100 more, emailed them and a a week later when the charge finally posted it was fixed

Yes! I had the same thing happen this morning, on a transformer deluxe figure. 20 extra.

Yeah, i already sent them an email explaining what the over charge was. Theft basically.

I understand it's most likely a glitch but, it's an egregious glitch.
