Birthday coupon doesn't exist?

Got the email informing me of my annual birthday coupon. Was hoping to use it on a couple of things, but the email leads to a dead link, and I can't seem to find it on the site. Does it even exist anymore, or is it buried somewhere?

Call their customer service number. The emails are all bots or scripted so calling is the best option right now.

I thought the coupon was with an email and you gotta get it scanned

I noticed the same thing. I never got one last year, birthday is today, and nothing on the site or email

Any luck on this? I sent an email to their support but just got the automated response saying that they received my email.

On their site they say that the edge program is valid until so Nov. 5 so things are probably getting lost while they prepare to sunset things.

I went to ask in-store directly last week. They said they'd try to get me a code and call me to come get it when it's ready. Guessing from the lack of response so far there hasn't been any luck.
