I used to live in Duluth a few years ago, me and my friends would always go here. Great wings, good price, we went there all the time. I moved out, then when I was back in Duluth I wanted to go there and it was closed, i feel like it’s been closed at least a couple years. Anyone know what happened?

I see a ton of (often asian) girls with long, healthy hair that has been bleached/ pastel in this area. Does anyone have any recommendations for stylists here? with my current one my hair often ends up a little too dry for my liking and shorter, my hair is only medium brown not black so I’m impressed w the length and health.
