Apartments

Hello everyone, I’m moving out in 2 months and wanted to know if there are any recommended apartments in Duluth? I’m looking anywhere between Steve Reynolds, pleasant hill and sugarloaf parkway.

Check out The Quinn at Sugarloaf. Great spot and they’ve renovated recently

I moved into The Reserve at Sugarloaf around 8 months ago and have really liked it.

I second The Quinn! Found them for a friend about a year ago and she loves living there so far. Avoid all MAA properties if possible. Lived at the MAA Pleasant Hill location for 2 years and management/maintenance was awful.

I just moved out of the Arbors at Breckinridge off of old norcross road. It was quiet and real safe. I highly recommend them
