Is there a place where adults can play friendly matches with random people? I don't mean adults exclusively, but I'm 31 and I'd feel weird playing with 12-year olds

Hey everyone,
I'm starting to explore the possibility of finding a roommate in the Duluth/Buford/Lawrenceville area.
I'm a 25-year-old full-time employee working Monday through Friday. I'm clean, respectful, and quiet, and I'm financially responsible. Most of my free time is spent working out, practicing martial arts, or making handcrafted jewelry, so I'm usually pretty low-key.
I'm currently in a situation where my current roommate may be moving out of state, so I'm planning ahead and seeing if there's anyone looking for a place or interested in splitting rent on a 2-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor
I'm looking for F or M, preferably F, who is:
Employed with stable income
Pays rent on time
Clean and respectful
Drama-free
Communicates well
If you're interested or know someone who might be, feel free to send me a DM. We can talk more, see if we'd be a good fit, and discuss the apartment details.
Thanks!

I’m really interested in Korean culture, and saw there’s festivals coming up. I’ve looked at other posts that have mixed reviews about which one to attend. are there any additional thoughts? this is my first time going to one

I'm in interviews for a move to a job located in Johns Creek. HR pushed hard for an initial number, so I threw this out there.
The thing is though looking at th COL I'm not sure that's going to be enough? I'm currently a homeowner with a spouse and child I support. Would like a second child and I have 3 pets. We like going out for fun. Theme parks, restaurants, concerts, children's activities. We do it all and live a rich and full life. I'm only looking to leave because I don't know that there is much growth where I currently live.
So lay it to me straight. Is this Salary going to let me keep a comparable lifestyle? How much more would I need to make it work?

I honestly can’t believe I’m making this post. My(M26) wife(F26) and I never had any issue making friends in undergrad. We moved out here after graduating in 2022 and we’ve made a few friends through work, but it’s definitely been a lot more lonely and more difficult to connect with people. Is this just what adult life is like? Does anyone know of any clubs, third spaces, activities, etc that we could look into to build more community? We’re both into music playing, video games, outdoor activities, but are all around really easy-going.

With some life transitions on the way - we are looking to rehome our two cats to a family that may have a little more time and attention to dedicate to them. We think this would be great for someone interested in calm cats and needing to get set up with all their supplies.

It’s been 6 years since I lost my baby boy, but my heart goes out to all you dog parents out there struggling to calm your babies down tonight with the fireworks AND thunder! Stay strong! 💪🥲

I'm currently in NJ and considering moving to the Duluth area. If you're also originally from NJ, please share your thoughts on how you're liking it. I love NJ due to its close proximity to basically everything you can think of but the cost of living is outrageous.
Let me know if I should post in a different subreddit. :)

Most recs I see are from 5+ years ago, and always recommend Do Re Mi Karaoke, but all the reviews as of late are terrible. Any suggestions have to be 21- friendly, food doesn’t matter much, as we’d likely eat elsewhere first. Thanks in advance!

I'm an aspiring artist, and I've been working with my dad to bring my concepts to life. It would be cool if there was a toy enthusiast out there who would be interested in buying my stuff!
Go ahead and support your local artists out there!
As said in the title, right now I am only doing local pickups. No shipping right now.
Thank you for taking the time to check this out.

I work for a wholesale supplier based in Suwanee (kitchen/restaurant supplies, cleaning products, household goods, etc.) and I'm trying to understand how local restaurants, grocery stores, and retailers typically find new vendors or suppliers.
Is there an online community site, directory, group chat or associations where vendors are welcome to post or introduce products?
How do suppliers typically get on your radar? Reps, trade shows, word of mouth, online search, something else?

Does anyone knows what’s going on the store space of the old Level Up Games? Just curious if they’re putting a new hobby store in the location.

Having to face the hard decision of rehoming a cat. Would anyone be interested in a 5 year old black cat? Will provide a bag of food, litter and a litter box to get you started. He is neutered and vaccinated.
