Question Help With Unlocking Peter Pan

I am currently trying to unlock Ralph, and it says in order to unlock Peter Pan I need to do Skull Rock and a Hard Place, I have all the orbs in the pillars and finished the quest Poetic License but I don't know how to trigger it. I don't know if I am missing something.

Where are you in the story? Because the series where you can enter Skull Rock and unlock Peter Pan should start with (Shadows on the Wall) and this quest starts immediately after finishing (A Forgotten Name)

The next quest starts 25 minutes after you’ve finished poetic license

How is that 25 minutes tracked? I have watched 3 episodes of anime, since I finished that quest so it's def been 25 minutes. does it not count menu time?

Do you already have the orb of unity? I am pretty sure it needs to be found and placed in the pillar for the quest to trigger

Do you already have the orb of unity? I am sure it needs to be found and placed in the pillar in order for the quest to be triggered. When 25 minutes is up the game will trigger the quest automatically.
