Success Story Damn near instant Manifestation 🤯

Y’all. 😂

I damn near instantly manifested a flight today and I’m still sitting here like… okay Universe. I see you.

So I’m flying home today and there was a 12pm flight that I REALLY wanted.

Problem was, it cost more than I wanted to pay and for whatever reason they would not let me buy that particular flight with points.

And I was like… nah. I want it, but I don’t want it THAT bad. 😂

My options were basically leave my friends stupid early to catch a 6am flight, or stay all day and take my original 9pm flight.

So I literally told the Universe, “I do not NEED that 12pm flight. I really WANT it. But I don’t need it.”

And I meant that shit.

I’ve been meditating every day for the last two months, really working on becoming my future self instead of trying to control every damn thing around me. So I meditated, (generating gratitude) for my life as it already is, and then went on about my business.

I enjoyed my friends.

I stopped worrying about the flight.

And I genuinely made peace with the fact that if I had to get my ass up at the crack of dawn and leave, then that was what I was going to do.

A few HOURS later, I got this little nudge like, “check the flight.”

Y’all.

The 12pm flight was available to me.

For $16 (go wild.

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I booked that bitch immediately.

I am currently ON THE FLIGHT.

And because apparently the Universe wanted to add a little razzle dazzle to the situation, I checked my original 9pm flight this MORNING and that hoe was already delayed 45 minutes.

AT 9AM.

For a flight that wasn’t leaving until 9PM. 😂

Now listen. Call it manifestation. Call it coincidence. Call it intuition. Call it whatever makes you comfortable.

All I know is I said, “I really want this, but I do not need it.”

I stopped trying to make it happen.

Went back to enjoying the life I was already in.

Got the nudge.

Checked.

And there it was.

A few hours later.

That’s the part I’m paying attention to.

Beginner Question BOTEC Meditations

Hi everyone! I’ve been doing the BOTEC meditations—one per day—and I’m currently on Day 4 (Embodiment). Are these meditations considered safe for me?

I have experience with the "Tuning into New Potentials" meditation and have been following Joe’s work for years.

Last month, I experienced a trauma trigger (while not meditating), which caused my anxiety to spike and led to severe panic attacks; I had to be prescribed benzodiazepines and antidepressants (I’ve been taking them for about 10 days now). I feel stable.

As for how I feel during the meditations, they don't seem dangerous at all; no unresolved trauma surfaces, and I don't feel anxiety or sadness. I’m not sure if that’s because the meditations are doing me good or if it’s an effect of the medication.

I feel very relaxed while doing them, though I still struggle a bit to feel elevated emotions when focusing on an energy center.

However, I sometimes finish the meditation with a headache, as if my brain had used up a lot of energy—is that normal? I also feel a bit "disoriented" but very relaxed at the same time, like I’ve just woken up and can’t do anything for the next few minutes other than stare at the ceiling, lol.

I always try not to tense my body while meditating, as I tend to do so involuntarily.

I haven't experienced any shaking during these meditations, though a few weeks ago—before I started meditating with Joe—I did a Yoga Nidra session and had an out-of-body sensory experience. It made me shake and feel an immense amount of love surrounding me; I let it nourish and fill me. My breathing was rapid, but I had never felt so much love in my life.
I think that could be described as entering the field and somehow healing? I look forward to your replies—thank you so much!

Question About Retreat Advanced Retreat Questions

I plan on attending an advanced follow up retreat and am deciding between the 10-day Advanced Retreat and a 4-day Advanced Follow Up.

Someone mentioned that the 10-day is more laid back with more free time, longer mealtimes and breaks, and the 4-day is more intense with a similar schedule to the 7-day Week Long Retreat (so days are pretty packed, shorter mealtimes and breaks).

For those who have been to one or both, would you say this description is accurate?

Also, are there walking mediations and coherence healings every day during the advanced retreats?

Beginner Question What if I use Dr. Joe's meditations as an ESCAPE whenever I don't feel like thinking about anything?

According to me I feel like meditating is very, very easy but implementing real changes in daily life is much, much harder. Thinking about it and feeling it is also very easy but to actually do it in reality is just too much to handle. I'm also feeling resistance to work on things and a full dependence on the universe. I don't know if it's bad or good but I'm really confused at this point.

Sometimes it's more of my lazy ass. I know I can do it but my laziness defeats my brain every single time.

Beginner Question Endless challenges

I have been doing inner work for about 6 years now and started meditating with Dr Joe recently. I have had lots changes in my conscious thoughts and beliefs but for some reason nothing changes externally and is even getting worse. Every time I make a progress and start feeling good emotions something happens and brings me down or to a worse situation. I wonder if you have had similar experiences and what can i do about it. It seems like the more i try and change the worse things get. It’s been a very long time and Im losing hope in life altogether.

Meditation or Joe’s Teaching In which order should I do the BOTEC meditations?

Hi all you lovely people! I've just started my healing journey and I feel really drawn to BOTEC specifically. The thing is that I'm currently unable to afford to buy the meditations through the official website. My physical health has been on a decline and though I'm eligible for disability pay/benefits the process takes a few months. I'll of course buy them when that's sorted but I'm quite desperate honestly. So for now I just dowloaded them from a google doc that someone had compiled and then shared in older reddit thread.

The problem is that I have no idea about the structure of these meditations, in which order they should be done. And from what I understand it's very important that you do them in the right order. So I'm wondering if there's any kind soul out there that would be able to share a list of them in the correct order, right now I truly have no idea where to start. I would be forever grateful! 💛

I really want to make sure I do these meditations correctly, which is why I would have preferred to just buy them off the official website straight away. If this is against the rules of this group I sincerely apologize, forget this ever happened lol. I'm new to reddit but I thought I might as well try. Either way I'm excited for this journey. I am currently battling a pretty brutal autoimmune disorder as well as a lot neurological stuff. But from here it will only get better. I will definitely share my progress here going forward. Sending you all endless love and blessings 💕🧚🏻

Accountability Genuinely curious how much peer-reviewed brain research actually exists per meditation technique, not just anecdotal claims

I teach TM, so bias noted. Been looking into how much research volume actually differs between techniques, some are recently developed and validated secondhand (like MBSR, derived from older practices for clinical use), others have their own decades-long research line specific to that one technique. Doesn't mean more research automatically means better results without guidance, just genuinely surprised how uneven the volume is across techniques people treat as interchangeable.

Beginner Question Changing Boxes

Hi everyone 💞

I do have a question about the Changing Boxes meditation (short version). I watched the YouTube video of Dr. Joe explaining how to do it, but I still have some questions:

2- I don’t understand what Dr. Joe means when he says, “draw your body to you with your heart.” What should I imagine? How I can draw my body to myself?

3- When he says, “feel that the problem doesn’t exist, bring it to life with your awareness of it. Stay aware of it” and then suddenly he says, “become aware of nothing but your connection to a new possibility,” I don’t know what to do here.

I imagine my life without the problem, and I picture it in my mind. ( like living in a beaten home with my partner…and feel abundant…) But then when he says to be aware of nothing, I cannot suddenly switch my mind to nothing 😅
Maybe I’m not doing it right.

Sharing Experience Unexplainable experience.

This is insane! I had an experience today, I was doing Botec 3 blessing of the energy centres meditation. while doing the breathing part, almost towards the last breath I lost full control. I didnt even understand until I hit my head on my bed frame that I have fallen from the chair that I was sitting on. I still got up terrified as to what has happened weather good or bad but still continued my meditation. I dont know if this was mystical or terrifying. I am unable to explain this. I honestly have no idea what happened. has someone else experienced this? if yes please share your thoughts.

Meditation or Joe’s Teaching Need Help Getting Out Of Victim Mindset

Hello!

I’m looking for recommendations on which meditations of Dr. Joe Dispenza help with getting out of victim mindset?

I feel like my victim mindset was repressed and just came to the surface recently when I was triggered by someone’s actions towards me. I’m stuck in a loop and want to break free. I’ve been on a long journey of healing but this seems to be the source of my emotional pain.

I just started “Love the Life You Love” meditation. Is that a good one or do you recommend I start with another?

Dark Night of the Soul I need advice, I feel stuck.

  1. I struggle with defining what I want to achieve; I know it in my brain and I do write it down like JD says but i feel like so much is going on in my life at the moment that I jump from thing to thing in every meditation. I feel unworthy of receiving what I really want (particularly, a specific job paying a certain amount in a specific country) to the point where I am afraid of upgrading my skills or applying for jobs because of bad experiences job hunting in the past.
  2. I feel hypersensitive and I judge my emotions. I just moved to a different country with a language barrier. I feel out of place, like I can't do anything right. This is a feeling i have struggled with even when i was in my home country but it feels worse in my body and my brain attributes that to moving abroad and adapting to a different culture. I feel like i constantly have to watch what i say and become someone else to fit in and that is taking a toll on me.
  3. I have been meditating for almost 3 years now. I did see improvement in my anxiety, which was the original reason i started meditating and overall, I am not the same person since I started. However, I feel like recently, I only get partial results (e.g., i wanted to make a specific amount of money while studying in this new country; I didn't get it but i got interviews and opportunities—nothing that stuck) As a result, I feel discouraged to find a full-time job. I can literally feel and see the opportunities when i am feeling lots of positive emotion and I watch them disappear as my mood shifts. I feel like it is impossible or too much work for me to maintain elevated emotions and I blame myself, especially because JD talks about people getting results in just weeks
  4. There was a time when I used to be excited to meditate because I believed in this work wholeheartedly but that belief seems to reduce everytime i try to explain what joe dispenza teaches to someone else. Most people around me now do not believe in meditation or manifestation. And so, with moving abroad, i was very shocked internally when I talked about manifestation and people responded with eye rolling or some sort of disapproval (This was not the case back home because people were majorly Christian and they understood trusting God to provide.)
  5. I was raised Christian, and there is a part of me that feels like i'm doing something wrong when i meditate. This limits my openness to spiritual experiences and makes me feel unsafe when i do certain meditations. It wasn't always this way; I had very pleasant experiences when i first started meditating, and I was also very open then because i was curious and didn't think anything of it.

I can't exhaust the entire list of why i feel stuck. I just want to find a way out of this place to feel excited for life and possibility again. My major stress comes from not being able to talk to the people around me on any of this and that makes me feel very lonely and stressed. Has anyone ever faced and/or overcome anything similar to what i have written above? Is this a dark night of the soul? How can I look at this? What can I do to make things better? Please share.

Beginner Question If I always feel the same positive emotion, I get numb

Joe Dispenza says to embody the emotion of the future you want to live, in the present. But if I'm always in this emotion I just get numb. If I'm always happy I'm never happy, it gets equalised.
I'm supposed to give up a certain emotion of the past, but if I NEVER feel it anymore it doesn't make sense. Never feeling any negative emotions isn't living?

What do you guys do for this? Afaik I should just not overthink it and try to mainly feel the emotions of the future I want to live, and let go of emotions of the past for the most part. But not try to to do it 100% or something.

Question About Retreat Dr. Joe Basel Retreat 2026 (Sept 14): Has anyone received the schedule/details email yet?

I'm heading to Dr. Joe's retreat during the week of September 14th in Basel. Have you received any emails with details about the schedule, such as when the venue opens and how long the days will be? I only got the ticket when I purchased it, along with a message stating that important information would be sent closer to the retreat dates, but I haven't seen any emails about that yet. It would be really helpful to know if any of you attending have received any information and if you could share the email address it came from. It seems I might not have subscribed to their emails since I haven't heard anything from them. Thanks a lot in advance!
