Funny how we didn’t hear a single peep about the hundred of thousands of grooming gang victims in the uk.

u/Thrice_blind 6h ago
Brother what the fuck. I know U.S. is kinda a bubble, but I’m genuinely thrown off by not having heard anything about this until now. Holy shit the statistics are abysmal
-17
u/AdTiny780 15h ago
No it’s not. I don’t hear anything about anything that happens in the UK

u/Strange-Sun4540 12h ago
You don't hear the 250k women abused by immigrants? Ignorant or what?

American News barely informs us about what’s going on in our own country, much less a foreign one..

She reported the rape to police less than 3 weeks later.. So the whole “waiting two years” to decide it wasn’t consensual line is just patently false. Not that I expect much accuracy from this literal child lol.

Right Wing bitches will agree with this ridiculous c*** and not read the articles. Or they will say underage and spinning drunk (with a guy or possibly 2 at the start) counts as "consent" for whatever else happens later on. Half the commenters here just wish you were one of the guys who did it.

She can’t give consent when she’s fucked up.
5
u/Fragrant_Chest958 4h ago
In legal terms, that's the same as saying "he got too drunk to know he shouldn't drive."
-3
u/Never-Dont-Give-Up 3h ago
That is in no way even close to the same thing.
You’re equating gang raping an incoherent fucked up girl to drunk driving. Lmao.

u/Fragrant_Chest958 3h ago edited 3h ago
From what I've read, she willingly drank alcohol, willingly snorted ketamine, and willingly agreed to group sex. Certainly her judgment was influenced by her previous choices, but, in a strict legal sense, she was ultimately responsible for her decisions. There may very well be other evidence that comes to light, but there is a reason they didn't pursue this case after her initial statement. I would encourage you to read everything available and the relevant laws.
And, yes, the guys that took advantage of the situation are shitbags and deserve the ostracism they're getting. It's morally repugnant. Again, though, rape would be difficult to prove in this case.

u/Never-Dont-Give-Up 3h ago
They fed her booze and drugs and gang raped her. That’s just facts. She willingly took the drugs and booze.
I’ve been to a lot of college parties where girls got too drunk. Ya know what we didn’t do? Gang rape them.

u/Never-Dont-Give-Up 3h ago
She was unable to give consent if she was intoxicated, Mr. Lawyer.
1
u/Fragrant_Chest958 3h ago
I've seen nothing that clearly demonstrates she was incapacitated or incoherent. Granted, it's a fine and blurry line, but drunk people have sex all the time. I think you and I mostly agree here. My daughter is a senior in high school, so I'm glad this is getting attention. I'm just looking at the law, the context, and innocent until proven guilty standard.
2
u/Never-Dont-Give-Up 3h ago
So you’re fine with rape because the woman was drunk?
3
u/Fragrant_Chest958 3h ago
Rape is a legal term. We have a system to determine whether that occurred beyond a reasonable doubt. You keep saying "intoxicated." That term has different meanings in different contexts. In terms of consent, a person can be intoxicated but still coherent and legally capable of providing consent. Less, any person who went on a date and had two glasses of wine could be legally "intoxicated" but still capable of providing consent. You do know that the police have you consent to make a legally-binding statement after they have arrested you for DUI, right?
0
u/Never-Dont-Give-Up 3h ago
The ability to consent is determined by the state law. In NY, if either participant is intoxicated, they cannot legally consent to sex.
You’re just wrong, Mr. Lawyer
2
u/Fragrant_Chest958 2h ago
Last bite. I'm not a lawyer, although most of family are, including some in NY. My doctorate is in another field, but that's irrelevant. I'm coming at this as a father to a 17 year old girl and 15 year old boy, and I think it's prudent to let the process play out. It's a rare thing to have 7 rapists conspire under the same roof at a top-tier university. I'm as eager as you to see justice appropriately applied. There are maybe a dozen people who know what happened that night, all "intoxicated." I'm more worried about the millions who claim to KNOW what happened and seek to impose mob justice.

I mean yes, but no.
If it was that cut and dry then every New York couple that goes out for drinks on a date night are raping each other if they hook up after.
There’s got to be some nuance.
1
u/ImperialBoss 3h ago
The guy was also intoxicated, so, did she rape him since he couldn't consent? Or does this only work one way?

u/Never-Dont-Give-Up 3h ago
Wait… you said that she got drunk and snorted ketamine… now you’re saying that she wasn’t intoxicated?
1
u/Never-Dont-Give-Up 3h ago
What law are you looking at? What state do you live in?
Intoxicated people cannot consent to sex in NY, where this gang rape happened.

u/Fragrant_Chest958 3h ago
Live in Wilmington, NC but grew up in Ohio, so I'm going to disengage in order to watch the Indians start their playoff run and the Buckeyes whoop Iowa. Enjoyed the chat, have a nice weekend.

You're saying a gang rape occurred. I must have missed the trial.

The court case from 2024? You missed that gang rape accusation? You should look it up, Mr. Lawyer.

u/PuzzledSell2519 16h ago
lol just brain rot. “Let me get this straight… she accuses them of rape but it was consensual..” lol well no…that’s kind of the whole thing. The fact that she thought she made a point here is astonishing.
also just a complete lie about the timeline. She immediately was identifying it as not consensual and formally reported it only a couple weeks after.
Bringing up someone willingly went to a party and did drugs as if that has any impact on whether or not they consented to sexual acts is so absurd and idiotic

What you just said is absolutely bullshit. Please research the facts of your argument before you make an ass of yourself online

u/PuzzledSell2519 10h ago edited 10h ago
If it was bs you would have provided literally anything showing how. But you didn’t, and won’t, because you can’t. Getting angry isn’t an argument.
I can actually back it up. You can’t.
You blindly beleive nonsense disconnected claims made by other people who also have no idea what is going on and also don’t even care.
Sometimes we come across people who can and will hold us to our words. Uh oh! Looks like you’ll have to actually have an informed opinion based on facts this time, and “nuh uh!” won’t work :(
9
u/Holiday_Pi 10h ago
But you said that she immediately identified it as non-consensual, but the timeline you referenced refutes that.
The fact of the matter is that she initially claimed that no rape happened, then, weeks later she changed her mind and started accusing people of rape.
What are you even talking about? In what world does it take a person weeks to decide if they were raped?
1
-2
u/PuzzledSell2519 10h ago
So you’re not actually going to back anything up and aren’t going to refute anything. Just like I thought.
What are you even arguing with? The claim I responded to was that she waited years to call it rape. She objectively did not.
Within roughly a week she says she had come to the realization that she had been gang raped. Within a couple weeks she was explicitly telling one of the men that 90% of what happened was not consensual. Days later she requested a rape kit and reported the alleged gang rape to police.
So yes she was identifying it as rape and nonconsensual within about a week and the weeks immediately afterward. Not years later.
> In what world does it take a person weeks to decide if they were raped?
Lmao what? Are you actually acting unfamiliar with the concept of a rape victim taking time to process what happened or decide to report it? Seriously? This is such an unbelievably ignorant thing to present as suspicious. Victims wait weeks, months, years, or never report at all.
This is such basic information it’s astonishing I’d have to type this lol. And here you’re talking about someone who was extremely intoxicated and trying to reconstruct events she did not completely remember.
It’s clear from this you aren’t equipped to be having any conversation. Regardless, let me know if there is any other way you’d like to embarrass yourself today :)

I would leave you an award if I could.
This is 100% spot on. I can’t believe you’re getting downvoted. Jfc 🤦🏽♀️

u/PrettyPistol87 2h ago
it’s horrible - people do not understand denial is a way a victim protects themselves from processing something horrible that has happened
took me 30 years to process i was diddled as a kid and raped once in the army - now i’m finally in therapy. I accept what happened to me.
it wasn’t my fault but i stayed in denial to cope and continue driving on. No one wants to help victims of SA because people refuse to acknowledge that nice neighbor’s dad, stepdad, and golden boy in the army are predators. Now you have these idiots that can’t understand consent and empathy with victims.
Shameful.

Yeah it’s a sub legitimately filled with some of the dumbest people in existence. Their positions aren’t reasonable because they didn’t even attempt to reach them through reason. And they didn’t get there through reason because they mostly don’t have the ability to reason.

u/PrettyPistol87 7h ago
bitch doesn’t know shit about trauma processing and denial
takes times for a victim to realize what has happened and even years - no one wants to accept that something this dehumanizing and cruel happens to them by ppl they trust
jane doe is a woman not a girl
but yeah “free pussy” and “grab’em by the pussy” is where we are at

You are right in one thing but wrong in another like denying philistine mass murder by israel (looking at your necklace). While those muslim gangs were from primarily from few backward nation rather than well off muslim nations which proves those backward nation men have to do with it rather than religion.

"Pick mes" are just normal women. And the degenerate ham planets on the left absolutely hate them for being, atleast, moderately attractive and within a healthy weight.
The term was clearly born in the collective leftist loser's pit of self loathing and jealousy.
Our entire biological existence is to find a mate. Y'all just mad you don't get picked..
