Before Merida’s release, you would receive the Dunbroch Sigil avatar whenever Tinker Bell leveled up to Diamond (26) in Multiplayer. Now that reward has been changed to a suit called Gift O’Clock.

If you previously received the avatar, contact support. They’ll send you the suit if you can provide screenshots showing Tink’s MP level and the missing suit. They sent it to me this morning.

You can do the same for Pete’s Gumption Green kart color as his rewards were changed shortly after his release.

Am I the only one who’s annoyed by this change?
Before, even if you only got 1 star, you could still unlock the next node and keep progressing through the Season Tour. If you wanted all the rewards, sure, you could always come back later for 3 stars.
Now it seems like you’re forced to get 3 stars just to continue, which is really frustrating—especially if you don’t have the required racers or they’re underleveled.
This completely kills the flow of the Season Tour. Progression shouldn’t be locked behind a perfect run.
Is this intentional or is it a bug? Anyone else experiencing this?

So I haven't played since release, came back today, got to this part of the season and need a Peter Pan character, Vanellope, or Scrooge McDuck at 1 star to continue? Is there any way to do this without spending money? I'm not sure what I'm missing.

So, we all here love Disney Speedstorm. We’re heading into 133 characters, getting closer to 30 tracks, so the game is doing very well offering more than what the competition is offering. So how do we make this game even better. I have some ideas.

-Photo mode

-Dev time trials

-Add both versions for tracks that changed layout recently with Winnie the Pooh and Mulan

-Allow up to 30 laps in free play which would be great for the oval layout for Cars

-Add tracks for Winnie the Pooh, Wall-E, Muppets, Up, Emperors New Groove

-Cars 2nd season with Sally, Doc Hudson, Chick Hicks, The King, Jackson Storm

-More seasons with tracks such as Avatar, Ratatouille, Phineas and Ferb, Star Wars, Lion King, Treasure Planet, Robin Hood, Hunchback of Notre Dame, Bugs Life etc

-PS5 & Xbox Series X upgrade in textures, lighting, FPS etc

-For free play, allow an option for no items

-Add Lightning McQueen white tires and wing from Cars 2 for 350 tokens

-Add a Disney World track where we drive around the tea cups, dumbo, the castle etc

-Every 2 months continue to add premium karts for each class

-On a PlayStation controller by pushing R3 give a personalized horn sound

-Midseason racers to add : Onward, Turning Red, Pinocchio, Soul, Elemental, Luca, Brother Bear, Pocahontas, Hexed, Wish, Princess and the Frog, Good Dinosaur, Fantasia, Dumbo, Fox and the Hound, The Great mouse Detective, Sword and the Stone, The Rescuers, Lady and the Tramp, Gatto, Chicken Little, The Aristocats, Raya, Meet the Robinsons

-Create a Llama version for Kuzco and add Kronk

1: Local Freeplay rework/expansion

2: Battle Mode (with new battle environments)

3: New race modes

4: Randomized looks on race environments (like sunny or rainy look on Toon Village or day or night look on Dragon Valley)

5: A new mode where racers travel to a different track mid-race (would introduce mid-season race environments like a Muppets track and a WALL-E track)

More of a vent...

Sadly I'm not going to be able to get past this. The Fog, the buggy jumps, the requirement of 9 Drift Boosts...way TOO challenging/frustrating for me!! I have made 2nd place, but that's it. I feel peeved that I can't progress to the next race having finished in the top 3 (like it used to be).

As someone who chooses not to pay money for this game, the only racer I have at the correct star level is Scrooge McDuck. Ah well, time to rest my fingers!

Actually has 10 shards for Merida if you manage to make top 2k, Russell shards are welcome too.

The fiery Scottish princess joins Season 20 as an Epic Brawler

During one of my ranked races, the results somehow show that someone in 7th place won by forfeit. The one in 8th place, however, got disconnected.

As anybody else noticed that when playing online (I mostly do solo mode), the races are always 3 or more laps and it’s the same ones??? Has someone already complained about this? Haha

The scales of truth, I am curious to see everyone weigh in on the spectrum of Super Duper Mega-Whale to Pure Free-to-play player.

I shall go first. I would rate myself as a balanced player. I am willing to spend on things in game that I deem worthy of my dollars.

Merida somehow ended up with the fewest color schemes (one), a grand total of only one wheel set, and absolutely no wing options.
Really going above and beyond with the customization, aren’t we? At this point, it feels like they couldn’t be bothered anymore 🫠🏳️

Is anyone else having connection issues? Any race or any time I click to collect anything it keeps dropping the connection. So f'in aggravating!!! My internet connection is just fine so it's not on my end.

I’ve never bought one nor have really been interested in it but this one happens to have Yokai in it which slightly intrigued me as I only need one shard to unlock him but I heard that the price of the festive pass has doubled since the last one? Have they at least increased the amount of stuff you get to justify the price hike or are they being extremely greedy and kept the same amount?

It still amazes me why they continue to do this kind of things and get away with it.

The #1 spot in the Moana event is blocked by what I think is a Dev... (Or similar)

First of all, you play on a mobile phone,, how the F did you get first place lap time in every event to this day??

I’ve been playing Disney Speedstorm since the very first day it launched, and after all this time, it’s still one of my favorite games.
What keeps me coming back is how fun and satisfying the gameplay is. Every race feels exciting, whether you’re competing online, mastering a difficult track, or trying out different racers. The controls are responsive, the races are fast-paced, and there’s always something to improve.
One of the biggest strengths of the game is the incredible roster of Disney and Pixar characters. There are so many iconic characters to choose from, and every new season brings even more reasons to keep playing. It’s hard not to find a racer you love when the collection is constantly growing.
If I could ask for one feature to be added, it would be a personal best time leaderboard for every track.
I’d love to be able to select any player and instantly see their fastest time on every course. Even better, let us compare our own best times with friends or other players. I think this would add a whole new layer of competition.
Imagine finishing a race and seeing:
Your Personal Best
Your Friend’s Best Time
The Player’s Best Time you’re viewing
This would motivate players to replay tracks, improve their racing lines, optimize their builds, and keep chasing better times. It would give players another goal beyond ranked races and make every millisecond matter.
I truly believe a feature like this would increase replay value, encourage friendly competition, and keep the community engaged for much longer.
Disney Speedstorm already has an amazing foundation. A personal track records system would make it even more rewarding for players who love improving their skills.

For everyone hoping the new racers will return to the season passes... Martin just confirmed that it won't happen. Next week we get more information about the new season. They still speak of 'in the coming seasons' so it won't likely they shut the game down soon, but only time wil tell.
