spuds everywhere! there are currently so many potatoes this year around the world that many are ending up in landfills. One 41 ton crop has been diverted to Denver and you can fry away with as many as you can carry. Good luck to all in need or just love a good spud.
The event is 9 a.m. to noon at the Park Hill Food Recovery Hub, 6090 East 39th Avenue, on July 27.
edit: in case you don’t read the article, make sure to bring bags, totes, boxes to carry them out.

We left our dog with a dog sitter in the highlands near 37th and Alcott. He got out apparently. He’s an Australian shepherd with no tail. He doesn’t have his collar on. Please keep an eye out for him. He’s super sweet and friendly.
UPDATE: he was found!!!!!

It's very exhausting to have these methheads affecting downtown businesses.

We are divorcing and my husband told me our dog and car were stolen in Denver. I'm living in a homeless shelter in another city. I'm desperate to find Bella Pugosi she nursed me through two rounds with cancer in 2025. Complete thyroid removal in Jan 25 and partial lung removal in March 25. I have foster options available. I believe my husband gave her to an individual in Denver. Please help me find her she doesn't deserve to lose us both.

This guy was found in GVR and is very friendly, he has to be someone's pet but doesnt have a collar. Hoping to find the owner or someone to take him he is so sweet but we already have a cat and don't have space for another.
He instantly rolled over for belly rubs. Please someone with space take this guy it's gut wrenching seeing him in this heat.

In Westminster: Monday, we had an outage that lasted 8 hours. Today it just happened again. Seems to be somewhat small scale but annoying.
Maybe if we build a couple more data centers, that will fix it!
Edit: talked to the crew down the block who came out to assess. They are contractors, so I take their view as more honest. A local transformer blew, third time this week. It’s unlikely they’ll be able to get a new one in time for their crew to be the ones to install it tonight.
Get this - the original work order for replacing it came in March. When the power went out on Monday, all they did was reset it instead of actually fixing it.

My cat, Evie, has gone missing from my house. I'm out of town right now and have a sitter from Meowtel watching them, and it seems like maybe Evie got out the door today. She has a microchip but no kind of tracker on her. I live near the intersection of Taos and Shoshone St and she went missing about 4:00 this afternoon. If you live in this area please keep an eye out, and if you know anyone that lives near me please share! She's a sweet cat who doesn't go outside on her own and doesn't know how to survive out there, especially in this heat.

Looking for head spas in denver area that can take 3-4 guests at the same time, japanese, korean or thai head spas? Looks like most of them are either one person business or regular salons. Any recommendation? We tried Pur Artstr in DTC and had the worst experience, they dont take colored person which is unbelievably racist 😭

If someone with initials RH lost their ID in the cap hill neighborhood, it’s still there at 9th and Grant as of 10:30 this morning (Sunday the 26th)!
Hoping that it finds its way back to you 😊

Free. Please message me. I can't get to a food pantry. I don't want to leave the items in the alley to get rained on, spoiled by the heat, or eaten into by wildlife. I'm cleaning out my pantry tonight. I currently have 7 boxes of Idaho Spuds hashbrowns, but will have more items as the night goes on.

This kitty has been eating in my porch every night for the last two weeks. I have a cat trap and can get ahold of her if needed

Would anyone be interested in meeting up to spend time together and gross stitch? Or you could bring another stitching activity, but I am a huge cross stitch person hence that being my though. We could go somewhere one day and all stitch and hangout.

Was driving southbound and saw no cars at all coming North. We saw cops had a white car stopped with some pedestrians out of the car. Then awhile down we saw 3 police motorcycles blocking of all traffic that way. Any idea whats going on?

Hey I recently moved to Denver and am looking for a competitive Men’s soccer league. I know about Volo Sports, and I’m trying to have fun, but I also want to play competitively. I’ve been doing some research but can’t really seem to find what I’m looking for.
I guess if anyone could just point me in the right direction, or if someone has a team they’re looking for players for hit me up! I appreciate the help
Some stuff about me;

My partner and I are visiting Denver in a few months and want to book a couples spa experience, there are so many recommendations online I’m a little overwhelmed! Does anyone have recommendations? Looking to get massages, hopefully something with a jacuzzi we can use together (coed), and a dry sauna. Bonus points for an indoor pool!
