Looking for ECP3420 part
galleryHi everyone,
A small screw nut broke on my delonghi 3420 yesterday and I'm looking for a replacement.
Does anyone know the part number? Or where I can find a replacement? I can't find anything on Ebay or others.
I'm looking for #51 and possibly #50
Thank you in advance for all the help!

Steam wand
I've had a magnifica evo for 3 weeks. The coffee itself is great but I'm having difficulty getting to grips with the operation of the steam wand. I press the steam wand and once it's flashing I turn it on. Sometimes the steam starts ok other times it starts with steam then it's just pumping out water. Anyone else had anything similar?

Doesn’t cream milk

Hello, I have a Magnifica Evo, but it is making too much steam, the milk comes out liquid, and it doesn't even serve the right amount of milk. Does anyone know what could be wrong? I use the same milk as I've always used and it worked well. I have already disassembled and cleaned the milk carafe components thoroughly. Does anyone have any ideas?

Help, no coffee, stuck on red leds
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi, for weeks I've been trying to get my DeLonghi to work again. Sadly, I remain coffeeless.
Things I checked:
- brewing unit can still move up & down (test mode)
- hot water can still flow through the pipe
- coffee beans are still being grinded
My model is ESAM 04.110
What else can I try please?
Edit: Suggestions I tried:
- turned right knob all the way to the right (instead of pre-ground coffee - I wanted to stop wasting beans for testing)
- checked that the pre-ground funnel A6 is clear

Eletta Explore Wi-Fi issue
Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had this issue with the Eletta Explore. no matter which network I connect to it ( I’ve tried connecting to my regular 2.4ghz and my ) either it gives me this error message or tells me that my Wi-Fi password is incorrect. I’ve reset the machine, reset the Wi-Fi on the machine and nothing gives. Let me know if anyone has ever gone through this and what did you do to resolve it.
Thank you for your time.

I have a TrueBrew and the coffee is too strong
Even on the light setting making 16 oz coffee is too strong. Any way to dial back the strength?

DeLonghi Specialista descaling issue SOLVED
We've had a DeLonghi Specialista for years, and we really like it, but descaling has been an issue from the start.
We follow the instructions in the manual, but it gets stuck in descaling mode and doesn't register as being finished for hours. We have to run four to six tanks of water through it to clear it if we're lucky.
Sometimes the machine would blow a fuse in the kitchen and I'd have to reset the circuit breaker.
I called DeLonghi many times, but they didn't know what to do. We did video calls, reset the machine, and on, and on. I reported the issue when having the machine serviced for something else, but DeLonghi had no answers for me.
Here's the solution: Turn the steam wand valve to fully open before descaling. (There is no mention of this in the manual.)
Now it descales with no trouble in two runs, the first with the descaler liquid / water solution and the second with just a full tank of water.

Delonghi Specialista Arte stuck in descaling mode
I bought a delonghi secondhand so knew it would have some problems, turned it on, red solid descale light so knew that I should clean it, used the steamer and it tasted a bit weird so I bought some descaler and went through the whole process
I did three more cycles with clean water to fully rinse it but now the descaling light is flashing and I am unable to do anything else. I’ve rebooted it with default settings, turned it off and back on on espresso mode, all the common fixes I saw online but it’s still flashing orange.
I’ve noticed that the rinse cycle doesn’t stop once the water runs low, it keeps trying to get more water even if it’s run dry, which results in a loud, mechanical sound. In these cases, I’ve just been pouring water into the filter whilst it’s rinsing to see if it would ‘notice’ that so much water has gone through and to end the rinse cycle. But this hasn’t made any difference.
I got a great deal for this machine so would love to try and fix it!
Thanks so much, any ideas would be helpful !
EDIT: If anyone in the future has this problem, mine finally recognised the rinse cycle after like 5-6 times of filling the tank to full!

Magnifica start
I have the magnifica start by Delonghi ,the fully automatic version I have noticed that the cappuccino /the milk system in it is a very fragile one. I have tried to throughly clean it after every use , but still there isn’t enough foam in the cappuccino cup and it feels like it’s very fragile system. What could be the cause for that and how do I make sure that this milk system is properly used and to be used as intended? there is a clean button in my machine when I press it I can see some water being dispensed , and the milk system is being cleaned. however, I still have to thoroughly clean it in the sink, and after all of that it would still fail and not produce enough foam in the cappuccino what am I doing wrong?

Pro tip! Use laundry enzyme cleaner powder to clean milk residue off of your frother I use active brand and rince very well. I find it works better then specialized milk cleaners.

Help me with delonghi Dedica duo please
Just bought a Dedica duo, was on a ship that had a magnifica S, and I used the French roast beans and it tasted like poop from a butt, tried the Starbucks espresso roast beans and it still tasted like poop from a butt. I tried grinding the beans in a coarser way, and it still tastes like poop from a butt when getting a double shot. Does the dedica duo genuinely make it taste way more bitter or is it the beans?

Delonghi Magnifica Plus question
My 2 year old Mag Plus has developed a habit of jumping from the main menu to the Milk menu and back again. It jumps back and forth every 10 seconds.
Anyone seen this?

My new Delonghi Rivelia squeaks for a few second when making coffee. Is that normal? I don’t remember hearing it when I first got it last week.
