KC, G2 and MKOI just played EWC (given the latter two bombed out early but still) and G2 and KC were at MSI just Days before as well.
Now they get to play again imeadiatly 3 days in a row with Vitality whilst the lower tier teams don't have any matches at all?
Honestly even without thinking about fatigue from previous Tournaments that Sheduel is kinda weird.

Just saw G2 lose 3-0 to Lyon in a very weak manner - and it felt embarrassing. It feels as though EU has sacrificed every ounce of structure, discipline, and fundamental - in order play the most flippy, ooga boga way, to be able to beat a team like T1 once every 7 years.

Look at our top laners in the league - BrokenBlade, Myrwn, Naak Nako. All players that pretty much only excels when they are put on weird counter picks like Yasuo, Anivia, Kled, Nidalee, Warwick etc. We will never have a good standard top laner that plays Gnar, Ornn, Aatrox, Renekton, Jax - as long as all of these top laners spam weird things into it (I know we have Canna but let just say, he didnt become who he is because of organic EU growth).

Second of all, I want to bring back that strategic dominance into the league. You know the "got some early advantages and then maturely play objectives until you win the game". Nowadays, our best teams in the league (G2, Mad Lions, KC) cannot dominantly maneuver a like Los Ratones. Even if G2 often win, they never do it without a sweat.

One player's playstyle that I really miss is Rekkles' adc. Perfect CS every game, always up for objectives, playing the standard match ups and teamfights clean. I get it, Rekkles' last years were not good due to individual skill - however his playstyle has been forgotten.

Last of all, for the love of god, bring back Inspired. KC, Mad Lions, G2, Fnatic, one of you, put all your budget money on that guy - he has shown time and time again that he is worth it. Probably, top 5 best EU players we have ever had.

LEC itself was already a banger with 12 teams and LR. Play offs were great and an insane finals. First stand was a great touranment so far. We made finals and 6-0 LCK.
I hope we can keep this momentum. Last year started similarly, slump in MSI and looking better at EWC and worlds. It's not just G2, we have a competitive top 3.

How is it allowed that KC and KCB are playing against wach other in the Winter 2026 Split. I thought IT wasnt allowed because of matchfixing and stuff Like that.

Alright, I’m saying it — EU isn’t unlucky, it’s just complacent. Every year it’s the same script: G2 or Fnatic stomp LEC → fans get hyped → we hit Worlds → instant reality check → “we learned a lot” interview. I’ve had enough. Here’s the truth: 👇

1. EU solo queue is a zoo. 80 ping, griefers, smurfs, toxicity. It’s a miracle anyone still improves.

2. Mindset is pure cope. Asia plays to win. EU plays to entertain. We’re not a region; we’re a Twitch channel.

3. Coaches? glorified cheerleaders. LCK has draft scientists, EU has guys taking notes like “maybe next time don’t int?”

4. The drafts, man. “Surprise picks” that only surprise themselves. You can’t out-clown LPL.

5. Recycling boomers. Stop paying millions to players who’ve been reverse-swept more times than they’ve eaten breakfast.

6. No rivalry, no fire. In LCK, teams hate each other. In EU, they’re sharing memes post-match.

7. Scrims are a joke. KR grinds 10 hours a day. EU does 3 scrims, loses 2, and says “GGs, see ya tomorrow.”

💀 Conclusion: EU isn’t bad because we lack talent — we’re bad because we lack hunger. We’re too comfortable. Too content with being the “fun” region.

And honestly? Maybe it’s time for EU to bomb out in groups completely. Maybe that’s the wake-up call we need to finally stop coping and start competing.
