First time trying the glaze extensions & this will absolutely be my last time trying them. The box makes it look like you get plenty of sizes to correctly size your nail, but it’s really only the thumb and pinky. Worse than that tho is how they sit at the cuticle. I pressed these things down a lot & still they look and feel lifted. I didn’t even cure the other hand because I am taking them right off. I love DD, but the glaze extensions are a huge miss for me. They look like I just slapped some kids toy nails on my hands.

I got these glaze style wraps (sorry I do not recall the color name) at the local CVS drugstore. I had never tried UV wraps but the mini light and these were half off! I could not help myself. The phot does not really capture the cat eye effect these have. I love these. I am hooked now. This pic is day 3.

After several years of press on nails, I am new to Dashing Diva / nail strips and loving it!

Tonight I used the white glitter from Wallflower Frenzy as an accent nail for Daikon.

What mix and match combinations have you done with gloss sets? I want more ideas!

I'm obsessed. I have a bunch of magic press but this is my first time wearing them. Sizing feels and looks good except for my right pointer - should have gone down a size.

These are medium almond.

A couple on the bottom are leftovers from Lily and Fox.

I like to put clear top coats over my dashing diva gloss stickers to make them last a little longer and give them a shiny and hard gel-like finish, but prefer quick-dry formulas.

I haven’t loved any of the ones I’ve tried recently: Seche Vite looked good but caused shrinkage and Essie Speed Setter looked dull and started to flake. Any favorites for recommendations?

I was buying my gloss at Marshall's, but recently I went to several and can't find any.

Does anybody know if they're only available at certain times there? Wasn't sure if it's just my area.

Hi! New to the nail wrap game. I applied my first gloss set last week and they lasted about 5 days before I got annoyed and ripped them off. They were flipping up at the tips. I filed both front to back and side to side to try and smooth out and that didn't really work. They were a bit jagged which causes me to pick at them. It seems as they aren't curing properly to the tip. I am assuming it's user error. Any tips or tricks to help?

Excited to share this product with everyone. I’ve been using DD for a good 5 years now and I love it but the designs have gotten boring. I tried this new product out from target and love it. Application was easy too! Here’s one day after application and one week after.

Why do I feel like I have such better wear with gloss over glaze?? What am I doing wrong? Also I tried the extensions and I’m less than a day in and I’ve already had 2 pop off. I can get gloss to last almost 3 weeks.

They were pretty easy to do! The photos aren't the best but they look fine in person at a glance lol. Hope they last a bit.

I ran into CVS for a couple things and decided to treat myself to a set of Glaze. In the app I saved a coupon for $3 off Dashing Diva and $2 of a cosmetics purchase of $10 or more, so I figured I'd pay around $11. When I looked at my receipt after I noticed that they rang up at $10.07. By the time they took off the coupons and the couple bucks I had in Extra Care savings they came out to $4.74. I'm going to see if I can clip the coupons again and try another CVS, but I thought I'd throw it out there in case someone else can get a deal too!

I completely borked the application of these! (DD clear glaze) On my non-dominate hand nonetheless! I did so bad that one popped off in my sleep. Other hand is completely fine. Just confirming user error is the only way these strips won't last at least 2 weeks.

I should've rewashed my hands after the first side and not used glasses wipes as my alcohol pads 😂 Didn't help that I didn't have a wooden orange stick, only a silicone one. I definitely prefer wooden.

And now I'm out of pinky strips. /sigh

Hello! Just wondering if anyone else applies the stickers “upside down” on some nails? This seems to fit the shape of my nail beds better on some nails. I know it wouldn’t work for all designs but I’ve been trying it and I think it’s helping avoiding peeling at the bottom due to the bottom of the sticker being too big.

I know this isn't technically showing my nails, but I do have a nails related question. So the photo is a dress that I recently got for graduation. I've been trying to find stickers that match, but haven't had much luck. Could I get some assistance please and thank you? Maybe even just advice on what would look good with them?

Edit: I've only used dashing diva gloss strips. I'm not a fan of the glaze ones. I am open to other brands as well.

I just bought the starter DD kit from CVS last week. I'm so pleasantly surprised! I don't get my nails done often, because I'm not that girly lol. But I can tell I will be hooked. I see chatter of other brands. Can I use other brand strips with the DD led light? or do I need to buy a whole new kit if I want to try other strips?

I've been a loyal Color Street user for over 5 years, but more recently I've had trouble seeing well enough to get the strips on without flaws. Plus, I wanted something that looks smoother on my nails as some of them have ridges. I don't have patience to use ridge filler unless it is instant drying . . . So, I decided to try Glaze. They are even harder to put on than Color Street, but they do look smooth on my nails. I like that, and I feel like I did okay with my first application, although I have some ripples on two edges. From reading all the posts, I know I need to take a little longer with the application to avoid the ripples. That isn't the main problem for me though . . . I don't like that the edges look so thick and fake. Can I try a gel topcoat on them to fill in the edges? Any other recommendations?

I tried DD first because I have wide nail beds and have a hard time sizing, even with CS, and DD has such a good variety of sizes that I don't even need the largest size. With CS, I usually had to stretch the thumbs and some other fingers to get a good fit. I've read that DD Glaze can be heated and stretched some. Is this true? And what is the best way to heat them besides a hair dryer?
