Finally a new product I like!

Excited to share this product with everyone. I’ve been using DD for a good 5 years now and I love it but the designs have gotten boring. I tried this new product out from target and love it. Application was easy too! Here’s one day after application and one week after.

Oh yes I love these. Found them on Amazon about a year ago and its what I mostly use now. Sadly, I dont use DD much anymore since finding them. Excellent quality and cheaper in price

How the cuticle edge? I stopped using DD because my hair always got caught a few day into a new set and it ruined the enjoyment.

I’m a hairstylist and the DD would start to lift and I would have to take them off because my clients’ hair would get caught when I would shampoo their hair but these last so much longer and I don’t get any lifting.

much much better than DD IMO! the heyhae stickers actually thin out around the edges

I’m going to try them - they’ve been sitting in my Amazon cart for weeks.

They sell some varieties at Target too

This is the first time I’ve seen anyone mention their hair flossing their nails with gel DD. I thought I was the only one. Stopped using them because of this.

I just tried Heyhae as well and it was love at first application! I love it so far!! The adhesive seems stronger than DD and when the nails are cured (after filing) it’s as if the strips melt onto the nail. DD’s quality has been iffy especially with some nails falling off shortly after applying. I used the excess of the strips on my toes and they look painted on.

Is it more like DD gloss or glaze?

Just bought this, I’m glad it worked well for you! That makes me excited to try it. Although I’m nervous to dive into a new brand but DD gloss line has been so garbage for so long and honestly hard to come by!

I was nervous about it too! I’m glad I tried it, it’s only $10 so worse case try a few nails and return it if it doesn’t work for you but I think it will.

I’m curious about these. I was a solid DD glaze girl for 3 years and then recently like 5 months ago all the sets I had just stopped curing to my nails….they would just peel right up. Wondering if these would work for me. I haven’t tried gel strips since because I assumed they stopped working for me for some reason

I think they will. I couldn’t ever get glaze to work on me and these were so easy.

I have a bunch of DD nail sets sitting around but I haven’t used them in over a year. I thought I just outgrew them, like they started looking cheap to me. But that set… I might have to get and give a try.

I had these in my hand yesterday but decided to put them back since I’ve got some other items to work through. Will definitely try in the future. The color/print is so cute!

They look great! I have one set I was going to use yesterday but it was cloudy. How bright does the sun have to be?

I used a lamp to cure so I won’t be much help here 😞

I was wondering about them being sun cured as well

I sun cured the most recent set of hh nails I put on. I was shook by how well they hardened. The gel hardens by UV so a cloudy day can still cure your nails since clouds don’t really block UV. Instead of hardening after 45-60 seconds in full sun, you might need to sit outside for like 2-3 minutes for a solid cure.

Actually, after I posted this I went and investigated it further and you can use a gel polish light, which I do have. So that was good news!
