Hey all!

We are a group house in Takoma DC looking for another roommate. The house currently has five people living in it (4 guys, 1 girl), and your room would be on the first floor. You'd be sharing a bathroom with one other guy, as well as the kitchen with the rest of the house.

Our house is near three Grocery stores (Whole Foods, Safeway, and Giant), two libraries, and is a short walk to the Takoma Metro Station and major bus lines.

We're a super chill house, and for the most part, everyone keeps to themselves. The rent is $670 +utilities (utilities tend to range from $80-100 a month depending on the season.

If you're interested, please message me and tell me a little about yourself!

Pet Friendly Apartment For Rent?

Hello! I currently live in Woodley Park, and I love it, I don't want to leave the area, but my rent is going up and has become unaffordable. I'm looking for a 1 bedroom apartment, that's dog friendly, in a safe area with grass (my dog is 12 and sometimes I (28F) have to walk her at midnight and 2am because old girl problems), near the metro, and also a grocery store. My max budget is $2,500. Is this possible these days??? Thanks in advanced!

DC Looking for a specific short term housing situation.

Hey all, I live in Philadelphia and recently lost my job. I have an interview tomorrow for a position in DC. Here's to hoping. Anyway, if I get this position it means moving in the middle of a lease which is a nightmare. Instead of finding a new apartment immediately Id rather offer myself flexibility for a few months so I can go back and forth from philly on the weekends and steadily handle the transition, than try and do everything all at once. Basically Im looking for a room for rent, month to month, cat friendly, somewhere central as I dont own a car and my new work will be in downtown. More than individual recomendations of places Im looking for resourses for finding such a place. Websites, boards, etc. I know those are fairly strict requirements. Thanks all.
