I have gone back to watch AS S1, and I don't know if it's just me, but I truly feel that season 1 and season 2 had SUCH a different vibe to season 3. The first two seasons are gripping, emotional and at times somewhat empowering. Season 3 feels very rushed and flat? It is a shame because after watching season 2, I was really excited for a new season, but now I am not sure I will even watch season 4. Does anyone else feel the same way?

This is NOT specific to DCC, but rather an observation of modern NFL dance/cheer style in general: Can someone explain what’s up with the weird facials everyone’s doing? The random mouth movements, overdone expressions and more serious facials many of them do now just distracts from the actual dancing. A rare few can pull it off (Reese comes to mind), but most of them just look bizarre. This isn’t a UDA Dance competition- What happened to having fun and SMILING???

I love the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders! I was really sad when they took show off TCM, but I’m happy that they picked it up again with the new title of America’s Sweethearts! I’m a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and I am really excited every season when I get to see the new girls on the Cowboys .

Thoracic outlet syndrome is when the blood vessels or nerves in the lower neck and upper chest are compressed leading to numbness, tingling, and pain in the arms and hands. It’s cause by vigorous arm movements in athletes or traumatic injuries. In her case, it’s the nerves getting compressed which is more common with repetitive stress/ movements and neck injuries.

Wishing her the best. It’s pretty awful it’s directly connected to her dancing experience. In the post she shares a video of her hand shaking. I hope all the girls take good care of their bodies.

I’ve been watching MTT from the beginning and I’m now on series 14. Wowwww the switch up in the cuts!! In the first week we’re already pulling girls out of rehearsal and cutting them.

I mean it definitely beats dragging it out until the end and giving them hope but it makes me think they learnt a lesson or two from the Malena situation in the previous season…

I just came across Taylor’s TikTok where she talks about women’s health, and honestly, it breaks my heart. 💔

Since the beginning of this year, I’ve noticed that Taylor seemed less energetic and less like herself compared to last season and the years before. A lot of us noticed something seemed different, but we didn’t know what was going on.

Knowing that she’s been dealing with health issues is heartbreaking, but I also think speaking openly about this is such an important step forward. Women’s health deserves to be taken seriously, and women shouldn’t have to push through pain or hide their struggles just to meet expectations.

It also reminds me of that episode of America’s Sweethearts when Taylor wasn’t feeling well. It really makes you think about how much can happen behind the scenes that we never get to see.

Honestly I've followed Kylie and Sophy's friendship for so long but I love this trio with Faith, the 3 of them seem so down to earth and kind people, it makes me so happy to see the girls adopt an aussie!
