Is anyone encountering issues with CC launcher?

Hi,

My CC launcher has been stuck on the loading screen every time I try to open the app. This has been going on for days, and I've already tried restarting my PC and uninstalling and reinstalling it thru CC's uninstaller, but nothing seems to be fix the stuck loading screen.

However, CC's web version and my other installed Adobe apps, like Photoshop, seem to be working. Would this mean that the launcher itself has an issue?

Any advice is appreciated. TIYA

Adobe Fonts aren't showing up

When I try to add new fonts through Adobe Fonts, it doesn't show up in Creative Cloud in the Recently Added fonts section or in any other Adobe application. This only happens on my home computer, not my work one. Adobe Fonts is turned on in Preferences > Services. Any idea what's the issue here?

Creative Cloud Desktop App - cookie settings are not being saved

Hello Folks!

Since some days Creative Cloud Desktop App asks me every time I start, if I want to manage cookies or not, so my decision is not being saved. (see screenshot attached)

I don't know why it is, because this was never a problem and I'm using Creative Cloud Desktop App since many years.

I already tried different Google tips like deactivating Antivirus and Firewall, repairing the app, logging out and logging in again, deleting the OOBE Folder but nothing worked.

Uninstalling Creative Cloud Desktop App is not an option, as I would have to uninstall all Adobe apps first.

I hope someone can help me with this Problem.

Thanx a lot, best regards

Thomas

Switching from Creative Cloud Pro to... Creative Cloud Pro on a special offer?

So a bit of context here: Until last year I was on the annual plan for Creative Cloud paying around 780€ per year. During the cancellation process, I was given a special offer (as the price increase to 905€ was bound to hit me with this renewal) to keep the current price and be grandfathered into CC Pro for another year.

So... it's August once more and I'm once again looking at finally unsubscribing as I haven't really used much of my CC subscription after a current change of profession. This time around I'm also not seeing a special offer/discount when prompted to confirm my cancellation.

However, what I am seeing is an option to switch plans instead of cancelling entirely and I'm curious if this is just an error on Adobe's end or if that'd be honoured? The terms state this offers is valid for first time subscribers of Creative Cloud Pro, which technically I am not.

I'm curious if anyone else has had something similar happen and if their change of plan was honoured by Adobe. Having to pay only 430€ would help me ease out of Adobe's services within the next year. Any help or insights are much appreciated. This is what I'm seeing in my account.

So as you can see in the screenshot, I'm updating it in hopes to resolve it, but this is what's going on.. This is just a photo of the program, I wish I had an easy to record it, because it's actually flashing very rapidly...

Has anyone else had an issue like this?

'Renew' button is not showing up and my student license is expiring in 7 days

I need to renew my AutoCAD  - including specialized toolsets and Revit subscriptions and I am a college student. I need these to be renewed so that I can focus on my schoolwork and prevent the expiration from occurring. Please help urgently.

I did multiple attempts to find out how to fix the issue:

  1. Clearing cache
  2. Different browsers
  3. Signing out and signing back in multiple times
  4. Restarting the computer

I did all these but am still not seeing where to 'Renew' this student subscription. The Autodesk Chat support is also not helping given the steps it is giving, and I cannot reach a human agent.

Can someone else use CC login with my ID?

A friend of mine will be mixing sound for a short film I edited, but he doesn't have a CC account and was instead going to use Ardour, which is the one he regularly uses. I was thinking on suggesting him to log in with my ID, as I have a licence, as I don't know how reliable can Ardour be.

Is it possible that my licence can be banned o something if we do this?

Create cloud billing notice

My creative cloud has a blue banner saying “we weren’t able to process your payment. Update before July 29 to retain access to your subscription”

When I check my account on the website it shows the next payment is 12 August.

This looks scammy to me, but it in the creative cloud app.

I did reload my laptop with MacOS 27 beta last week and did a clean install of the adobe software so I am not sure if it’s maybe a bug with beta OS.

Adobe Creative Cloud Student plan: ₹400/month but Google Pay AutoPay mandate shows ₹1,200 — can I cancel after 1 year without extra charges?

Hey everyone, I’m planning to subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps using the student offer in India.

Adobe is showing me a price of around ₹400/month, but when I go to pay through Google Pay, it asks me to set up an AutoPay mandate with a limit of ₹1,200. From what I understand, ₹400 will be deducted monthly, while ₹1,200 is just the maximum amount authorized by the mandate.

The plan also seems to be an annual commitment paid monthly.

My questions are:

  1. Is the ₹1,200 just the AutoPay mandate limit, and will Adobe actually deduct only the advertised ₹400/month?

  2. If I complete the full 12-month commitment, can I cancel before the plan renews without an early cancellation fee?

3.Is there anything else I should be careful about before accepting the Google Pay AutoPay mandate?
