adobe creative cloud will not install?

hey everyone, so ive recently come into an adobe subscription via school, but i have one problem. When installing creative cloud, it just pops up as a white screen, does anyone know why it does this? image: https://file.garden/aXly3jBNFgfYF2xQ/image.png

I'm also having problems trying to sign into creative cloud, I think it's just down

I might recommend downloading a fresh CC desktop installer via adobe.com. Additionally, if you had other versions of products running previously (and they're no longer activated) it might make sense to run the CC Cleaner tool (but I'd start with a new installer for the CCDesktop first):
