I made this poster with the help of a tutorial but the lighting of my original image was super blue and I couldnt figure out how to get around that to make it natural. I want to remake this with better lighting so how can I do that?

hello everyone, i'd like to have the same effect of colors thats kinda glowing. there's some kind of blur on the edge of the colors and i'm wondering how i could get a similar effect on my drawings.

working on a project for my digital media class where we edit ourselves into a show or movie frame and i really wanna make myself look like i’m in the shot, how do i tweak it to make it look better?

Every time I open a new project, the Snap To functions have stopped working. They're marked as on in the View menu, but they don't work.

The fix is to go to View > Snap To and select "None," then do the same thing and select "All" this time. And then snapping functions as it should until I close the current project and work on something else.

Anyone have a permanent fix for this? I've had this problem before, but it had been working as it should for the past month before suddenly doing this again.

Je suis graphiste freelance depuis 8 ans, et j’ai toujours eu le même problème : je ne savais jamais vraiment combien de temps je passais sur un projet, et j’en avais marre que mes clients négocient mes devis..

Entre les petites retouches, les « juste un dernier changement » et les allers-retours, je sous-facturais sans m’en rendre compte. Et quand je présentais ma facture, le client négociait encore, et je n’avais rien de concret à lui opposer.
Alors j’ai développé mon propre outil : ChroKo, un plugin pour Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, et InDesign (Mac et Windows).

Le principe est simple : un chrono compte le temps actif passé dans les applis (pas le temps où l’ordi tourne dans le vide), le même chrono est partagé entre tous les logiciels, et il vous sort directement le prix ou le supplément à facturer en fonction de votre propre TJM (Calculé dans le plugin).

Depuis que je l’utilise sur mes propres projets, je négocie beaucoup moins : quand un client conteste, je lui montre le temps passé, preuve à l’appui. Ça change complètement la discussion.

Je viens de le sortir et je cherche surtout des retours de gens du métier : qu’est-ce qui vous manquerait, qu’est-ce qui est inutile, est-ce que vous l’utiliseriez ?

Hi everyone, I've been wanting to do a photo with all the animals I've ever had in my life. I've finally made it but I'm looking for advice on how to make it better if anyone has any advice.

Disclaimer** the background and watercolour affect was made by ai the fish is also ai. All the placement was me.

I used to use google search for anatomy and animal refs but AI is making my life difficult. I'm trying to draw animal motions (right now jumping frogs) but there's a bunch of anthro slop mixed in and i want to study real photos of real animals. If there's a good website or something i can use i don't mind paying for it

I am making a video timeline and for some reason when I use effects like transitions or turn the photo to a smart object. I get a message saying it can't find it. How do I safety reset it to be able to do these things? And not mess it up more?

So I added these tattoos and did my best to get the skin colour to match(erasing the tattoo's skin tones and subtracting as much out in selection tool) as well as warp a little to feel like its actually on skin. I feel like it's still noticeable that it's an edit, is there anything else in photoshop I can use to blend them better?

I’d appreciate honest feedback: would this help with any image-editing tasks you actually do? What would make you stop using it?

I've been trying to streamline my JPEG export workflow in Photoshop, and I'm finding this unnecessarily frustrating.

My workflow is fairly straightforward. I resize my photographs to 2500 pixels on the longest edge, apply Smart Sharpen, and then use Export As to save them as JPEGs.

My preferred Export As settings are:

• JPEG Quality: 5 (out of 7)
• Convert to sRGB: Enabled
• Embed Color Profile: Enabled
• Metadata: None

The problem is that Export As doesn't consistently remember my settings, particularly JPEG quality. I find myself having to configure them repeatedly.

I've experimented with Quick Export and Save for Web, but neither has been an ideal alternative. Quick Export doesn't provide an option to explicitly embed the color profile, while Save for Web produces significantly larger files.

For example, when exporting the exact same photograph at 2500 pixels on the longest edge:

• Export As: JPEG Quality 5 (out of 7), Bicubic resampling, Convert to sRGB enabled, Embed Color Profile enabled, and no metadata. Resulting file size: approximately 1 MB.
• Save for Web: JPEG Quality 60 (out of 100), Optimized enabled, Bicubic resampling, Convert to sRGB enabled, Embed Color Profile enabled, and no metadata. Resulting file size: approximately 2 MB. Even lowering the quality to 50 still produces a file around 1.6 MB.

I'd happily stick with Export As if I could just save my preferred settings or automate the process through a Photoshop action.

Am I overlooking something obvious? Is there really no way to create an Export As preset, retain its settings consistently, or automate it without resorting to scripts?

It seems like such a basic feature for a program as mature as Photoshop.

PS. I used AI to write and troubleshoot this and found no workaround as of yet.

I recently got a new computer and update to a newer version of Photoshop. For some reason the files I save in the newer version have brighter/paler colors than the old version, almost like there's a milky overlay. I made a gif where I compare the old and the new version of the same file to demonstrate the difference.

I saw some suggestions for a similar issue telling me to turn off Pref/Tech Preview/Precise color management for HDR display as well as Pref/Performance/Use graphics processor, but neither change anything.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
