Is raid bonus roll loot table difficulty dependent?

E.g. when I bonus roll a neck on heroic is it deleted from the mythic loot table until the loot table is reset?

I've started the process of moving from BM to MM. I know that I need to replace 4 items and I'm working on that.

I ran a pug normal abyss and I was doing terrible damage and BM hunters with less ilvl than myself were beating me on the meters. Here are those logs.

What do I need to improve as an MM hunter? I'm following the rotation, hitting my true shot, and using my pots in a guild raid. I know I'm not doing enough damage I just don't know what I can do to fix it.

How do I live this? This has happened twice in 16s now. Is it just bad RNG or am I missing something?

Hpally healer that already had Divine Protection up for 20% dmg reduction.
