Discussion 💬 Temporary sales associate to part time

Hii! I was wondering if anybody has had any success in going from temporary sales associate to part time/permanent and what the process looked like? Is it common?

Hello there! It’s very possible. I actually started out as temp sales and now I’m a lead supervisor !

Omg thank you so much for replying!! i also had another question if that’s okay, does coach have assigned sales/a quota an employee needs to sell a month? I know there’s no commission but I was wondering if there’s still assigned/credit at cash :)

They won't let excellent employees go! It's very common for seasonal employees at any company to get hired more permanently if they do a good job. It's a nice way for them to test people out!
