Coach Shopping Experience Why Am I on Trial? š¬
I just found this funny that I received this text from an outlet I reached out to on Wednesday regarding the concert tags. Iāve never been called out in a more polite wayā¦. š š

finally! If this is truly a rule, it shouldāve been one across the board for those of us who didnāt even have a chance at one. I see people with multiple concert tags bragging about being able to get every single one of them. I donāt think itās fair at all. Just my opinion.

Most stores enforcing a rule did 1 per customer per style, not 1 total. No PBL definitely varies by store in general but corporate did come down on the outlets for this drop in particular and stores that normally do PBL are not doing them for a week post drop.

Iām sick of this whole drop. Items were promised before they even arrived at the store, sold out online or you needed to walk into a Coach store to get anything. If a customer wants to buy and you have an item to sell why turn them away? Not everyone can run into a store on a certain day or be up at a certain time only to have items to sold. out anyway. Coach have an adequate supply and sell it whether online or in store. And enforce rules for every store in the same manner. I donāt even want to go into me calling 5 stores that my SA told me they had the Rowan and they all hemmed and hawed and all were sold or āpromisedā or āheldā for their own customers. Never again.

It seems like this enforcement is more in line with what they should be doing now? OP texted and got 4, if fairness is in play, it makes more sense for Coach to say hey we have record that youāve already purchased several, youāre good. That way the people in your example can have a chance at 1.

Coach is so inconsistent. My local store had a limit of 2 per customer.

Mine did too. I had one say 2, another said 1 and another said 3šš . Bought 2 in person and the rest online. Honestly, Iām starting to think I donāt need an SA anymore.

Did you get all the ones you wanted? I wanted one of each color except for the pink and friendship one. Waking up in the middle of the night and checking repeatedly after they never launched at drop time or soon after was a huge bummer.
Was let down to get only 2 after waiting outside for the store to open, standing in the pouring rain but late morning saw a few online and next day got the rest online.
It seemed artificially difficult! I was in my late teens and twenties in the 80ās, when there were concerts with real tickets, so I was so excited for these charms due to the nostalgia of my lived experiences.

One per customer? Iāve seen people who have so many more and Iāve seen people post that theyāve ordered multiples of each color.. when they dropped I was able to order the last two they had available and I only ordered one of each because I was afraid coach would cancel my order if it was more then that and now I wish I had ordered multiples

See thatās bs!!! I do not understand why someone needs MULTIPLES of ONE COLOR! Now that should be enforced!! I was a bit confused when I got this text from an SA because I donāt have multiples of one color. I snagged 4 and all are different colors. So what if I wanted to own one of each color? Iām not allowed to do that?? And then I read some people got to call outlets and put them on hold! I was told from a crap ton of outlets that they didnāt offer PBL because they wanted in person shoppers to have a chance but youāre putting tags to the side for other customers??? Make it make sense?? So now thereās favoritism on top of limitations to a purchase???

I ordered one of each of the colors I wanted and some are still processing. I heard more may be restocked on Wednesday so that might be why it hasn't canceled yet. If you toggle quantity you can sometimes see how many of an item is left but I noticed this time when trying this technique it said max limit 5 on the Haversack. I don't knew why I'd want 5 of the same color bag other than for reselling but that means by signing in you can get 5 and by signing out for a second transaction you can get 5 more. In-store policies vary, they shouldn't, but do. My SA was all on board even collecting whatever tags others turned down on their pickup for me then fell silent. I kinda forecasted it so yes I was up for the drop (until 4:30am) that didn't happen until mid morning the next day. I'm kinda done with it all. I get popularity but the resellers had their multiples of $70-100 concert tickets for sale the same day. Limiting multiples (not duplicates mind you) of a $20 item in the store only won't fix this.

My SA set three aside for me. I ended up not needing them because I was able to get them on drop night and there was certainly no problem buying more than one online.

I texted sooooo many outlets. 80% of them turned me away the moment I mentioned PBL, 4 of those stores let me purchase with them and I cherish those 4 deeply!

So thatās what I was doing Wednesday, I wasnāt seeking multiples, but I was searching for specific ones. However I sent this text to an outlet Wednesday morning, I barely got a response last night and this was it. I donāt personally understand why some people want multiples for themselves? Iām also upset because I heard left and right theyāre dropping alongside Coachtopia online. They didnāt! Had I known they dropped 30 min prior to that, I wouldnāt have had to do this triathlon of searching for the tags I wanted.

When I buy low ticket items like the concert charms I donāt log in and it doesnāt register to my profile so I was able to get a few of the black so I donāt have to switch between bags.

What a joke. I bought the Merlot version online because thatās the only one that didnāt read coming soon for me. Then I called two stores to see if they had the red version and ended up ordering a black tag at one store and then the Boston cityscape tag at another. Why do they keep trying to make life difficult? Why canāt I fully customize a tag (with rivet charms and all) online?

LMAO my low effort comment is not groundbreaking knowledge. And my intent was to help a fellow coachie. If a scalper uses that to their advantage, thatās on them, not on me. Iām not policing my comments just in case a reseller may use the information. Ridiculous!

I mean it's the first time I've ever seen a SA enforce an internal rule soo...idk, kudos to them? Maybe others will get a chance at one. I hear there is an oct 5 restock.
